Excellent food and service ?
1:30 on fathers day and no in-dining service. Very disappointed, our last day visiting from PA and we wanted to eat a the Waffle house before heading home. Had a staff of 3 or 4 behind the counter chatting. Terrible! Oh well...at the fireside pancake house down the street. Really nice place and packed! Can't wait to have their meal.
Waitress was terrible. She poured me a half a cup of coffee never gave me a spoon or creamer. Went to talk to friends. After she placed the order that was the last time she came by. I ordered 2 breakfast meals with waffle $9.97 and one with out $8.25 my ticket read 3 meals at $8.25 and 2 waffles at $4.25 each. So when I asked about this they said it was cheaper this way. I do know how to add and doing it her way I ended up paying $5.15 more than I should of. I tried to argue the point but I had 2 children with me and I just told " fine just let me pay so I can get out of here. Cold coffee no second cup offered.she needs to be talked to about her service and please give this girl a calculator
We had such a positive experience at the last Waffle house we went to that we wanted to return. This was not the same experience at all! They were short workers, so they were blocking off seats to have less customers. It was pouring down rain and they had the air conditioning on so high that I was shaking! The food was ok, but not delicious. It was a disappointment.
Everytime I come here they say they closed ….or the grill down…they lazy asf…if u zoom in you can see the gurl just staring there…
I met one of the rudest employees I have ever met in the food service industry. Here name is Theresa. Not only was she rude to customers but to the other staff. I hope corporate fires her butt. I walked in the door and the young person asked if I wanted eat in or take out. I told him take out. She was started yelling we aren't doing take out. My family was at the hotel and it was late. I was floored. I said take out makes more sense if you are short staffed. No need to do dishes. She proceeded to tell the other employee not to call my order until she said so. Eventually she called my order but the rudeness. Although the other 2 employees were so sweet but I don't think I will ever go back there. Shameful.
I enjoyed it immensely and had enough to bring some home for later. Had 2 eggs and triple hash browns all the way.
Open 24 hours but with limited access to salad and food orders. Waffle House cannot make or sell salad anymore. COVID19 caused this issue to happen and since Waffle House employees have to touch salad ingredients with their hands they cannot sell anything anymore. All other food is not touched with their hands according to the woman behind the counter.Burnt coffee and GMO genetically engineered reconstituted potato flake hash browns are delicious though. I highly recommend the All Star Specials. Just ask for the special.Again, fantastic service food and atmosphere makes Waffle House a delight anytime of day or night.
The place was packed because it was Christmas Day. I'm thankful they served us a hot meal. Was it kinda messy with dirty floor, etc. Yes. But these young people worked hard on a big Holiday. I'm just thankful they chose to work.
Walked into o this place at 11:29pm they had all booths and the bathrooms roped off. The bar stools were all took by the cooks and waitresses buddies, was told it would be best for us to get food to go bc they weren't leaving. I told them that was bs, and the place needed a good cleaning. They said they would get to it when they had time. Gave up and went to upward road waffle house.
