Best bakery in WNC hands down. Classic French style. Highly recommend the pain levain and baguette. Great pastries too. Almond croissant is on point.
No doubt, the best bakery in Hendersonville, especially for their wonderful breads and wonderful pretzels.

Is there anything from Underground that I do not absolutely love and adore? Answer is no. Chocolate croissant is my absolute favorite. Everything is like a piece of art but you get to eat it. Love this place so much. Also, Independent Beans next door is amazing, too!! Love that Hendersonville has this little gem of a place!!
Hard to choose what to get but the blueberry muffins were really good maybe the best I ever had.
Very good selection of craft breads and sweets. I will come back for their soft gourmet pretzels.
