And,even when busy/short-staffed, they are the picture of southern hospitality,accommodating all ,whether you are dining in or picking up. And there's never long waits,despite consistent patronage. Once you try them out....you WILL want to go back!!
We are moving across the country, so of course that means pizza while packing! This was our first from Uncle Scott's Pizza. Half margherita, half sausage and pepperoni. I'm a crust lover and their crust ranks right up there. Light and airy, a bit chewy (but that's a good thing) and not so thick that it was like a having a dough ball in your mouth. The toppings were fresh and had good flavor. I'm also a garlic lover and the sauce needed more garlic. I had a side Greek salad which I'd go back just for the salad! Crisp lettuce, and wonderful Ceaser dressing. While waiting, I looked at the historical photos on the walls and had conversation with the owner. I'd go back for sure. And THEY ARE HIRING!
Hands down the best pizza I’ve had don’t get the wings there small an chewy the pizza it to die for though I definitely will be coming back for the pizza
Best place to eat in Laurel Park for lunch. Reasonable prices, great food, and AMAZING customer service. My entire office comes for lunch and we always get the best service. The owner always brings us a sweet treat on the house at the end of each meal. We love Uncle Scott’s!!!!
Uncle Scott's is solid. Their pie is good not stretched to thin, and their sauce is pasty and slightly sweet. Garlic knots are great, and larger then most places. Calzones could be better by having ricotta in them, but otherwise good.Scott is great to his guests, and has always made my family and friends feel we were welcome. Aslo went out of his way a few times to make things right.
Staff was very friendly. The Italian sub I ordered was one of the best. Bread was toasted perfectly and sauce was fantastic. Uncle Scott’s got a new customer today.
Service and food is great. We usually eat in as we live a half hour away. I am from South Phila and his stromboli is the best! Have also enjoyed pizza and chicken wings
Super friendly!! The owner went out of his way for us and the food was delicious!! 10/10 would recommend!
