Great decor. I went with friends and we ate outside to enjoy the weather. I had fajitas and couldn't finish all of it. Great portion size for me. The waitress was very attentive and polite. We all enjoyed our meals and the afternoon out.
Another great discovery just outside of town. The margarita was incredible as was the chicken chimichanga lunch special.
You would think with the embellished furniture and authentic looking interior, you might get some authentic food and service..nope.... Food was sub par ( dry, flavorless, minimal for descritpion, i.e. molcajete) ..and cold, service almost nonexistent, Margarita was so green ( mostly mix), roach spray visible in the serving area!
Atmosphere is great and food is delicious. The food choices are amazing, and the menu has vivid pictures of the dishes, so ordering is easy. Beautiful restaurant with plenty of comfortable seating and booths. Nice porch for outdoor dining too. Excellent service. I ordered the Cubana sub and could have easily shared it with my husband. Half was plenty of food.Parking is around back. Convenient to I-26 and downtown Hendersonville. Highly Recommend you try this place.
Awesome food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. I recommend them to everyone. Try the Quesadilla Alambre and the Cuban! Pro tip, if you call to order pickup, call from a local number, sometimes they hang up before you can tell them you're not a telemarketer.
It was a great experience. We came with a family of ten and they got a seat for us. The food got to us fast and was great.. The service was good aswell. They have some of the best sweet tea I have had. The bathroom was super clean and smelt good. Great Mexican restaurant!
Excellent service and portions are huge! The avacado wrap was light, yet filling. The avacado style dressing on their side salad was excellent as well. Drinks are good. Only complaint; we sat at the tables in the middle of the room, and your knees hit the base of the table. Husband says 4.5 stars, I say 5. :) Margaritas=excellent!
This was a very reasonably priced authentic Mexican restaurant. The service was great and the food was prepared quickly and served hot on a mini stove. We were impressed on this 1st visit! This dish included just about everything you could want including beef, chicken, pork chop, charro,fish, shrimp, avocado, plantain, peppers and onions, cactus and sticks of cheese! Served with tortillas, rice and the normal fajita topping. This dish was advertised for 2 but could easily feed a young family. They also offer a 4 person version!
Our waitress was wonderful, the food was just as good as t he food my Mom had In Puerto Vallarta. The Margarita was larger than the one she paid $30 @ another restaurant for...
Food was great but ... Brenda.... she's amazing! Never met her before tonight, but left feeling like we had a new family member. Thanks for a great dining experience! (Cheese, guacamole, ceviche... gotta try them all!..and ask for Brenda's section!)
