Health rating was posted on the front window--94.5. My search for authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex led me here. This place is hard to find. It's a food truck next to a gas station with a sign out front that says "Food Center" in the very small town of Dana. They have some outside picnic tables to sit at. I'll be back to try some other menu items.
