April 20,2022The remodel and new employees did a fantastic job. For the first time I recieved what I wanted without having to ask for a little more this or little more that. Bread looked and tasted fresh. We are very impressed with this new ownership. Hopefully will be consist. Thank you
This one is okay but just not great. Staff was rude and disrespectful to us all.Other Subways in the Asheville area are much fresher, cleaner, and friendlier than this Hendersonville NC spot.Parking is also a pain too but it is not too expensive for the kids to get a bite to eat and then vamos por ?
If I could give 0 I would. Whoever the guy is that worked last night, March 24th of 2022 is a terrible employee. Extremely rude. Literally denied us an order the moment we came through the door. Will never bring my children here again. He should be fired immediately.
Very friendly staff. Fast service. Who doesn't love a good subway. right
Went there today 1/26/22 . Ordered 2 turkey wraps. Over $ 17.00 dollars, thats $ 8.50 each, then got to the check out and they person hands me the two wraps. It never entered there mind to put them in a bag and God forbid any napkins. Good luck going here. I ll never go back to Subway again.
So I placed an order online on 9/9/2021 at 6 pm for a 7pm pick up. They charged my card confirmed my order. I left the house at 6:40 arrived the parking lot. I waited until 6:55pm. I used the app to let them know I was here. The app confirmed pick up. Statement received by system..."Please stay in car so our sandwich artist can find you" I waited 5 more minutes or so and no delivery. Went to door whole place locked up!!!! 2nd time this happened at this store. Not sure why the system allows an order to be placed at a closed store. Beware!!!!! this store can not seem to keep help.....which is why this continues to happen. I am expecting a refund!!!!
Walked in to the Subway at 4:45 PM and was told that clock on the Cash Register said that it was 5:01. Open light was still on but was informed that they were closed and rejected service. Really unprofessional and unacceptable.
Went to pick up my order only to discover that they had closed this location. They need to update this story's website.
The 1 boy didn't know how to cut the bread the correct way. No sauce on the meatball sandwich. He drained most of the sauce but did put an ok amount of meatballs on it. Didn't understand I wanted more cheese on my sandwich. Didn't even know how to tell me that would be extra, which of course I would have been ok with paying. Not sure if I'll go back again.They need an experienced adult to teach the young helpers how do do things. I feel their training was inadequate.
