Phone message is always "sorry the number you called was busy"I just came in like not even 10 minutes ago for drive thru since they've basically closed their lobby, and my caramel ribbon crunch was just black coffee and vanilla flavored milk (which I asked for soy because now I've got stomach gurgles after two sips to make sure it was even done right when I asked for soy) and I just wanted a refund for the drink not even having any soy / no crunchies or even caramel
The line sometimes looks really long but it never takes too long to get through and it's worth it! Drinks are always well made, staff is friendly and Bentley loves the pup cup. ?
Wonderful Starbucks near the Blue Ridge Mall. I like to order on the app and then pick up on my way to the mall. Very friendly staff. They always have my order correct and fast! I tip every time because they are the best!
Highly recommend using the app to order ahead. You still have to wait in line but it's ready when you get there and it's still nice and hot.
Stopped here while on my way home and according to GPS this location closed an hour after my expected arrival I pulled into the parking lot at 8:15pm and there was a handwritten CLOSED sign on the door along with a sign blocking the drive thru I can see them closing early for clean up but that early is rediculous and I called to see if I could just pay for a souvenir cup and the lady on the phone said that all registers were already put away. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I did drive out of my way to a different Starbucks after calling them to make sure they were in fact open and had the item I wanted.
Very good food. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I love their new chicken fettuccine Alfredo and their fried pickles!
The line is always long in the morning but luckily it moves quickly! The drive through staff greet me with big smiles every time I go there.
It's Starbucks. Nothing bad. If you want this type of drink, food and service, this is your place. Consistent good product and employees.
Love this place but drive thru line is always always backed up. Absolutely the nicest people ever! They remember your name your order and are more than happy to fix something that was wrong or simply just didn't like. I love all the staff im already here. They almost like family considering I see them every day.
Service good, coffee and other items are good. Price is too high and this location is usually crowded. If you have time and money this place is great.
