Don't believe in 10 dollar cup of coffee?

Great drive thru speed. As it is, pricey for what u get. But excellent quality, and wonderful staff! ?

Went here yesterday with my sister. She's told me before that they don't make the drinks right and she has to tell them what they need to add and stuff to make them like a barista should.I order a salted caramel mocha frappuccino and when they started to make it, they were out of nutmeg or whatever is needed for the drink. The girl asked me if I wanted the foam on it? I told her I'm not sure what that means since it's a frappuccino and doesn't require foam.Then they handed off the order to a guy working there to finish making the drink.They goofed around pushing each other and laughing like kids in middle school.The one girl rolled her eyes at my sister anytime she had a complaint or something to say.All in all I'm not going to this Starbucks again. I'd rather drink my own and I recommend everyone else do the same.Oh and one more thing, they really need to wash their hands more. After they played and goofed around the one girl comes over to put a lid on my drink and has some wadded up paper in her hands.Be professional or get another job that doesn't require customer service.

Prices are a little high

Whoever manages the inventory needs to learn how to stock their store properly. Even precovid, 75% of the time this place is out of not only the first item you order, but the second option and even the third option. Especially on food items. It's so bad that locals never even go in anymore and just find an Ingles that stocks their store correctly.

I went in to order an iced coffee and was told they did not have any at the moment as they hadn’t had time to brew it. There were 3 baristas working and it was not that busy. I would have been willing to wait the few minutes it took for them to brew It but they just offered me a cold brew instead. I said sure as that was my only option and then they proceeded to charge me for cold brew (which is more expensive) instead of charging me as a regular iced coffee since it was their fault they didn’t have it brewed in the first place. Needless to say I went to my regular Starbucks and they fixed me a replacement coffee for free. Just one of many bad experiences here so I’ll no longer waste my time, you shouldn’t either.

One of the worst Starbucks in this town.. always out of stuff, service is horrible, and it's a hit or miss if your drink is right.

My wife enjoys there coffees

Came in on Sunday May 9th. Great baristas, great manager and great training. All super respectful & helpful even though they were extremely busy. Loved coming in for coffee. The girls are amazing and super kind. Hailey was my barista and she was super helpful and patient. Will be back for sure!
