Terrible experience...waited 1hour and 15 minutes to get ordered delivery. Ordered light sauce on pizza and received pizza with NO sauce. Tried to call to speak to manager and was put on hold. Held for 15 minutes and then hung up and called again. On hold 30 minutes and no one ever answered. Never again, too many good pizza restaurants in area to deal with this. Goodbye pizza hut, believe me,I can live without you.

Neighbor ordered pizza few minutes ago delivery young man rolls up in silver car. Pulled in front of our bedroom window. Mind you it is 9:40 p.m. We go to bed early because we get up at four a.m.He was playing car stereo rather loud. I mean come on. People do not appreciate being awakened. He precedes to go to a neighbor BESIDE the person ordered. This neighbor goes to bed at seven thirty because he rises early a.m.If people deliver for business they bought to be instructed to not play music loud with bass blare.Rude comes to mind.People need to know in a close proximity housing area be considerate not selfish and wake people. There is a quite way not loud when delivering food.consideration speaks

Food was not ready for to go after 20 minutes which it said it would be ready via online ordering. The girl up front went to do another task and told staff I was waiting for my food near door. 35 min after I ordered food I went to counter and staff grabbed my food from the heater area and didn’t even apologize. Poor customer service. I had a 3 year old with me so I know they had to see me because he couldn't sit still in the small sitting area.

Pizza was done quickly and correctly.Would definitely order here again

Food wasn’t terrible but good lord the service needs help. Shannon is nice but there’s much more to being a server then being nice. Never got a refill. Ended up getting lost of our order Togo because it was forgotten. She was more concerned about controlling the cooks in the back then paying any attention to her tables at all. I don’t enjoy sitting down to eat with my family and hearing nothing but the employees yelling back and forth at each other. The server shouldn’t be “handling” what seem to be the manager.

We have lived in the area on and off for years and have never seen a time when the manager wasn't glued to his phone, ever did more than seat someone or move a few boxes at best meanwhile, they are down to one person running the till, doing takeout, and waiting on customers, and making up boxes. And they wonder why this store is slow on business.

I mean, it's Pizza Hut. It's slowly gone down hill since it's prime in the 90's, but if you want a quick, sad taste of nostalgia because you didn't have time to cook a real meal because little Timmy just remembered his science project, then yeah, this is awesome. Also, grab a bottle of Pepto bismol before picking up your pizza.

Wow....pizza so terrible I could hardly finish one piece and threw the entire pie in the garbage. The very worst frozen grocery store pizza I ever had was better than this. Sickingly sweet crust with just a weird overall taste, dry, yet undercooked at the same time. Strange seasonings. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here for pizza.

If you order from this pizza hut, DO NOT do delivery. The driver showed up 20 minutes late, but in fairness it's a Sunday around dinner time so it wasn't a huge deal. When he arrived, part of our order was missing. When asked about it, he said he didn't know he's just the driver... inconvenient, but still fair. We called the restaurant to get a refund for the part of the order we didn't receive. They picked up after about 5 minutes, we explained why we were calling and we were placed on hold.....for 30 minutes. We're still on hold. In the time we've been waiting, I've had time to eat the food we DID receive, send a message to the email provided in all the other 1 star reviews, AND write this review. Not worth it.

Beyond upset. I had three different people answer the phone tonight. One that took my order- had an accent, possibly Hispanic. Gave him my name number and address. The second was a woman when I called to check on the status of my order. She put me on hold for 20 minutes. I made this order at 545 tonight. I hung up after 20 minutes of waiting to talk to someone. Called again and the same man with the accent picked up. He put me on a ten minute hold. A fella picked up the call from hold and claimed he was the only one there at the store. That he had no order for me. Livid! Whoever dropped the ball corporate owes my family a pizza. In the least. Times are hard businesses have not done well with so little willing to work. But my order was given. And it’s nearly 8pm and myself nor my daughter have dinner now. I ordered a pepperoni extra cheese pizza with stuffed crust. They said the delivery fee was just under $5. With tip I would have paid nearly $30 to Pizza Hut and their staff and now no one has what they want. Rant over.
