Order over the phone sent to Papas call center. Honestly call center SUCKS. Hour and half later pizza arrives. And that was when I finally got to talk to my local store.
At specifically the 150 First Ave in Hendersonville, NC location of Papa John's, the staff really went above and beyond. The made a specially heart-shaped pizza for my friend and wrote a sweet sympathetic note for him after he lost his dad. They made a beautiful pizza that they clearly put a lot of kindness and consideration into. Jamie was so helpful and compassionate, and I really appreciate their help! I'm far away from my friend geographically, and they helped me support him with his favorite food - a good ol' pizza with all the works.
I ordered delivery and it was a bit late. The driver was nice, and the food was good. I got a pizza, wings and desert- it was all quite good!
Manager trained, the staff provides exactly what you ordered and even has a follow up in place to make sure that 100% guest delight!
It would be nice if you took.a little more care in making your pizza.way too much crust!
The bacon papadia had nasty BBQ sauce 3 or 4 pieces of looked like raw bacon, ham pellets and chopped onions. I ask for just bacon. When I opened it up we found 2 hair's. Nope not again.

Pizza was good. However the kids wanted the special jack o lantern pizza and what we received did not look like what is advertised. Our time for delivery was also 34-44 minutes. We received our pizza 1 hour and 15 minutes later. I know people are short staffed and if I knew it was going to be that long it would have been fine but to have to wait that long when told something else is not good customer service.
