This location is consistently terrible in every category. Several months ago, my wife and I ordered our typical breakfast from here, the bacon egg and cheese on brioche, with overeasy eggs. However, this location is incapable of cooking food properly, and several times prior to this last order the eggs have been overcooked, dry and absolutely grotesque. We reached out to the corporation, and they told us they would contact the owners of this franchise location. That never happened. So we were out of our money and our appetite. Today, we decided after the time that has past to try again, and once again we have run into the same issue. I didn't get my money back last time, so I'll have to take to the credit card company to getting it back. Do not eat at this location under any circumstances. They do not care about their product or their customer and it shows. Image attached, they even forgot the bacon to mask their overcooked egg.

If you like your food being consistently wrong then this is the place for you! A couple of months ago we stopped ordering from this location because our order was never correct. We contacted corporate and was told we would hear back from the owner of this location. And to no one’s surprise I never heard another word, so we stopped ordering. This morning we decided to give them another chance and IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I know that the owner(s) will not reach out in any way because of the previous track record but think before you spend your money at this establishment.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at drive through!!! We ordered one sandwich and a coffee only. We waited 25 minutes at $4 a gallon of gas before I went inside to speak to assistant manager Jazmine who said she couldn’t speak to me because she was busy making sandwiches; everyone else’s but my husband’s apparently. This Panera Bread was independently owned and when someone from the higher ups phoned she didn’t care either. They offered me pastries and a donut instead of a gift card. I don’t eat pastries or donuts. So she said she mail a gift card-never received!

So very disappointed in Panera. I know times are hard and staff is short and all that, but seems like you would want to build your customer base with decent service. I picked up an Asian salad with chicken for a healthy low carb dinner. Just sat down to eat and guess what? No chicken. No healthy dinner - just a pile of lettuce. Person at window - check the order!

Terrible service! Second time in a week I've ordered a $14 chicken frontega to get a sloppy sandwich with hardly anything in it. The second time it didn't even have tomato. Corporate needs to take a look at this location and reviews bc it's not just a one time thing. Won't be back to this location!

Great customer service! We we're Travelers, we got there at closing time. Input 2 orders into the kiosk. Only one order came out over the counter.. One of them apparently not recorded, likely my fault. The crew made up the order on the spot, no charge.

Went through the drive through at 9 am and waited 30 minutes at the window before receiving our order. We were the *only* people there.The food came out cold, the cilantro wasn’t cut (gotta love stringy cilantro), and the avocados were hard. The wraps were thrown together and were a mess to eat. No napkins in the bag but luckily we keep a stash of napkins in the car.We normally love Panera, but this location has some work to do.

This is typical Pantera. Good fresh food done consistently right! Nice atmosphere and clean store that's less than a year old. Great salads, soups, and sandwiches. Best pumpkin muffins ever!

Before the Panera in Hendersonville shut down dine-in service a few months ago I went in for breakfast. Stood at the counter for several minutes before I had to go to the kitchen and ask someone if they could take my order. Now that they are open again for dine-in, nothing has changed. Yesterday I waited at the counter (no other customers in line) and the only employee I could see acted like I was invisible. Nobody even attempted to take my order. I am 100% done with this Panera. Good luck staying in business!

I had a pretty big order yesterday with a family feast w/ mac, group soup, smoothie, cinnamon rolls, and a green tea that I picked up via curbside. Everything was perfect. Literally. The staff was courteous and attentive & brought our food out sooner than we anticipated. There were zero issues with the food. Thank you for your awesome service! We'll definitely be back!
