My wife got the chicken soup and I got the Rachel (a Reuben but with Cole slaw instead of sauerkraut) with potato salad. Maybe the best sandwich I've ever gotten---both the pastrami and the bread were amazing. Soup was also outstanding.
This place is fantastic! Everything I have had here is wonderful, the food is very fresh and the service is great. If you are on Main Street in Hendersonville, you need to stop in for lunch. You will not regret it!
Came here from Florida! I got the roast beef sandwich and it was amazing!!! My fiancé got the chicken salad sandwich and hers was amazing! We will be back to try breakfast in the morning!!!
Visiting for work and hit the jackpot finding this place. 5 star food, 5 star service and the bell pepper soup is to die for. 10/10 recommend.
All of their food is amazing but their tuna salad is on another level. Fast service, friendly workers, and good prices for the portions you get. There can be a long line, but that’s not their fault (it’s because the foods so good!) so please be patient and kind to them about it.
My husband and I visited Hendersonville a couple of weeks ago for a few days. The first day we were there we went downtown. We had lunch at the Mountain Deli and it was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was great. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day and ordered something different. I believe anything on their menu would be delicious. They really know how to make a good sandwich. I would highly recommend this place for lunch when you are in town.
Excellent food - real deli sandwiches. The fresh carved turkey is so much better than typical coldcut sandwiches served at most sandwich shops. Highly recommend.
Excellent Reuben. Homemade Thousand Island dressing, fresh marble rye bread, stuffed with corned beef and perfectly warmed. Crunchy pickle. Homemade potato salad, so flavorful and fresh. Super delicious ?.
Excellent sandwiches... not sure where they get their ingredients but they always taste fresh and not heavy at all. Would rate 5 stars if they were open just a wee bit later and on weekends... makes it difficult to get their sandwiches if you're a working guy.
Would give 6 stars! The food is delicious but the customer service is outstanding. The bread is so fresh as are the veggies. Soup was perfectly seasoned and the staff vert helpful in making decisions. Will absolutely go back!
