Every single time I order food from here my payment is accepted, my order is confirmed, and 45 minutes to an hour later my order is canceled. If I do get my food, more often than not it is wrong. I work in the service industry and understand staffing issues but why even confirm my order just to cancel almost an hour later. I'm done with this location. Service isn't much better in person either.
Make sure you food us made properly. They constantly get my order wrong half the time, they need to retrain their people to pay attention wo what is being ordered
Slow, had to call out for someone to even come take the order. No refills, trash overflowing from the trash cans. Inside did however look newer remodeled.
Worst McDs I've ever been to. Old fries. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and one came without pickles. Crusty stale buns, and received a double QP with no pickles, no onions and only one slice of cheese, completely separate from the sandwich.

Easily the worst mcdonalds in the area. I can pull up anytime after 8PM and its a 25% chance theyre actually open. Employees will tell me it's closed even if Google says open until midnight. It's happened so many times, I won't go again.
Hit or miss, if the doors are not locked it's great. But if the doors are locked for get it. I leave the truck there and go next door. Because of the amount of time wasted with the locked doors I don't waste my time any more going to this location. My truck will not fit through the drive thru.
Called to ask if their ice cream machine was working because another mcdonald’s said no. Lady answered the phone and said “mcdonalds” and i politely said “yes ma’am is your ice cream machine working?” the lady said “no it’s not and we’re closing thanks bye” and hung up before i could even say anything. i have no words.
This is the third time I’ve gotten a Mc chicken biscuit for my wife and they’ve looked liked this and don’t get me started on lunch I order a double cheeseburger with only cheese and lite mayo and what do I get a double cheeseburger with ketchup,mustard,lettuce, tomato ? and it has the sticker on it saying double cheeseburger with only cheese and lite mayo
Took my granddaughter in for chicken nuggets and me a sandwich. Quick service and hot food. The girl taking the order and the Mgr. we're very nice. One to go to if your near.
