False advertising! I pulled in the drive through this morning because they were advertising 2 crispy chicken biscuits for $4.39 The woman at the window refused to sell them for that. Said they weren't on sale. I told her the sign is advertising a special on the chicken biscuits. She refused to honor what they were advertising. I told her it was false advertising & would not be ordering from them. She tried to say it wasn't false advertising but when you have a special posted but you refuse to honor that advert then it IS false advertising. Way to lose customers!!
I can't speak for the quality of dinner or lunch service, as I've only been here for breakfast so far, but I've visited at least two dozen mornings now over the last few months, on my way home from third shift, and have never had a bad experience. The morning kitchen crew is pretty on point most of the time (the occasional dry biscuit or something, but it's a really busy place, so it happens), and Mike in the drive-thru is always a bright spot on a dark morning. Certainly the best McDonald's in town for breakfast, and one of the few places I actively return to regularly.Tip for all: if you eat a fair amount at any McDonald's, get the app. Lots of free stuff over time.
Machines never work. Always messes up an order and hard to fix an order with doors locked. I understand the short staff, as my job is as well but with always being short staffed there would be better systems in place and or everyone could become a better team. And a few workers are very rude and mumble when trying to fix an order. Everyone has a bad day but everyone gotta work together. Customer and worker. How would i have a drink if i dont have a combo you messed up on? Just this store has issues. Upward gotten better than them and they used to be the worst but being iff the Highway they were very busy. Just take your time and work together up the atmosphere so youll have people there. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, the food is always so cold the cheese doesn't melt, ask for no ketchup, get nothing but a handful of onions all over the bun and the wrapper. I need to remind myself to never go here ever again. I hope Chic-Fil-A puts them out of business.
I was picking up an online orderAnd observed another customer coming to the counter requesting a refill on their drink. Customer was told that the owner of this location stopped doing refills. What a joke. McDonald’s restaurants are everywhere and this is literally the first one I have visited in the US that does not do refills.
Me and my husband went here and ordered 2 quarter pounders. Once we got home we realized both of our burgers were raw. I definitely do not recommend this location!
Breakfast is fresh. I quit going at lunchtime between 1-2, the buns are stale and the meat had to be sitting in the warming trays for a while
It's December 6, 2021 at 2:11 pm, in case anyone cares who's working this shift. I went through the driveway approx 30 minutes ago and ordered one McRib, one 10 PC chicken nuggets and 2 large fries. When I got home and we started to eat, not only were the fries half empty and stone cold but the McRib had a hair hanging out of it. A long, gag worthy hair. I was so mad, my husband offered to go back for me. He spoke to the manager. No apology given and even though they did replace the McRib with a hair-free one, my husband still wound up paying for more fries because the manager said he just couldn't replace those.Now, I know it's only McDonald's and there is nothing truly good there, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect food to be hairless and hot and levels to be where the packaging indicates. That's literally the least that can be expected from any food place. Never going back. Ever.
Was in line at 10:23 with 5 car's in front of me.Once I made it up to order it was 10:35 and refused me breakfast. Waited at the window for 12 minutes before I got my lunch order...????
Out of the 4 Sausage egg Mcmuffins I ordered 2 of them were beyond burnt. The other 2 were also burnt but edible. The bread was so black it was not edible. the inside of the bread was also burnt.
