If there was zero stars that would be the rating they would receive. After ordering and paying for pizza to be delivered to my workplace at 11:00am the next day (an order over 260.00) the order was never delivered. I called at 11:30am and was told they just opened and it would be another 30 minutes. Called again at 12:30, still no pizza. Called again at 1:00 and they said we didn’t know if you still wanted it. After asking them to make this their number 1 priority, still noPizza at 2:00. Each time I called I was on holdforever. They lack any concept of customer service. I would not patronize this business ever again. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with not even an apology from anyone I spoke to.
Awful experience. Ordered pizza online to take to a friends’ for our kids’ dinner. It said it would be ready in an hour. Waited an hour and then called. They said they couldn’t find my order. The employee didn’t know what to do so put me on hold for 10 mins waiting for a manager. I finally hung up and called again to be put back on hold. After ordering dinner from somewhere else for our hungry kids, I called to get a refund and somehow they found my order. Will never order from here again.
Marco's Pizza it is really good I hate to say it to Pizza Hut go to Marco's Pizza cuz you will like it cuz I really enjoy eating it it was real good pizza

I really wanted to like this pizza place because my family likes it but I just can't. It's flavorless and just bad. Their biggest downfall is by far their mushrooms. They're those nasty rubbery canned mushrooms. I can't imagine fresh mushrooms being much more expensive. I love mushrooms on pizza. If they would just use fresh mushrooms and changed the sauce so there's more flavor, this place might get four stars from me. Until then, I guess I'm just gonna have to sit and starve while my family eats plain cheese pizza (ugh, how boring).

This Restaurant was highly rated and for good reason. I have tried 4 different Pizza Restaurants, and this one is the best. Best crust, fresh and generous topings, and very reasonably priced. You won't be disappounted.
Awful pizza and service. This was our first time visiting the restaurant. After ordering a thin crust pepperoni, nothing complicated, and waiting 45 minutes, they had made us a burnt cheese pizza. Then, they remade it as a thick crust pepperoni. After another 30 minutes one was burned too badly to eat and the other was mostly dough. No plates were provided, and we had to ask for our drink cups. Awful pizza and service. Never again!

Marco's is always good. This location can be a bit tricky to find parking. I have never been disappointed. <3
