I had the most HORRIBLE experience at this store tonight. Went up there and asked for a HOT N READY they said it would take 10 min…. 10 min rolled around and they still haven’t put them in the oven just too he told they will put them in there in a few minutes that was untrue we sat there for an HOUR!!!! I finally recieved 2 boxes mind you they said they just came out the over get home which isn’t but 7 min away too realize someone’s name was on the pizza box and the pizza was hard and cold. Tried too call multiple times and their not answering so I called another store and I’ll be handling this tomorrow. With a picture I took of the workers that were just standing at a screen holding clip boards instead of tending too the pizzas and getting people out of the store. I will not be getting their pizza again.
My entire experience to pick up my online ordered pizza was terrible, ill never go there again!
Wait time was fine even though short staffed but because I answered another customers question about how long I had been waiting which at the time was 20 min the manager cussed me out was very very very rude and very unprofessional!! He sure didn't have a problem taking the 40dollars I spent in his establishment will never go there again he did it in front of my 8 year old grandson that's the only reason he can still talk and has his teeth in his mouth!!!!!!
I ordered two pizzas my order got cancelledAnd I haven't gotten a refund my calls are being ignored by the store they pick up the phone and immediately hang up I've been on hold over 15 minutes and I got hung up onIf your going to get pizza don't waste your time here

Ordered a couple pizzas today as well as stuffed breadsticks online. Got the push notification my order was done when I pulled in the parking lot. Go inside, my order was in fact not done. Apparently someone “cleared the screen and marked them all as done but they’re not” I had noticed prices had gone up since my last visit a couple months ago, which I was okay with, until I saw we received only 3 stuffed breadsticks. Our pizza was cold because the girl who claimed it wasn’t ready was not looking at last names only first names on the orders. They didn’t cut the slices well so we tore the pizzas apart trying to get slices. Unorganized, terrible food, and complete inept crew working. For the prices we are paying now, I will just go to papa John’s.
This place was packed waiting even outside! I do believe it was a weekend evening when I went. But the pizza was fresh and now days every where is so short handed it is to be expected
If I could give a negative star I would, I placed an online order at 7:40pm and it's 8:30 now well I'm sitting there for almost 20 minutes just to be told they didn't have cheese to make it fine whatever then they took my pizza and put it in the portal and I didn't get an email to pick it up. So I had to ask for them to hand it to me. So disorganized, I will never go back there again.

Trying to call in a order, but I'm being hung up on 3X and my husband 4x... If your too busy to take orders over the phone just say so EVERY Location is short staff or if you don't want to work give your job to someone who does... just VERY POOR customer service...SMH
