We have been eating at Kosta’ in Fletcher and this restaurant for years! When Fireside was sold and Kosta’s bought it we had high hopes it would continue to be a really special place to eat! Today was beyond disappointing! Soup advertised but not available , said it was “out”, cold slaw not fresh, Greek platter had “ shaved chicken” gross , waitress was not at all attentive, had to ask another person to get her for our check! Lower room was warm and smelled like recent bug spray and the table next to us had a problem as well and sent back two of their orders! Sadly we really like this restaurant and hope they get it together! I hate doing bad reviews to places I have eaten at for years but am hoping management reads this and corrects the problem!
We have been here several times for breakfast and it’s always very good. This time a waitress dropped two items on the floor from a table near us and picked it up did Not sanitize it at all! Not expectable in my book! Do not care to return no matter how good the food is!
Had breakfast here this week and our experience couldn’t have been more pleasant. Friendly and attentive wait staff and hostess staff, great value and delicious food that was served quickly. Some of the best pancakes I’ve had; we enjoyed everything we tried. Took a loaf of delicious homemade bread to go as well.
Good diner breakfast and lunch. Pancakes (3 of them) are a side option with breakfast, so that makes the portions pretty large, and they are already generous. Omelettes are good, with quite a few different choices, including a Greek omelette with feta and spinach and kalamata olives. The grilled chicken lunch plate was good, as was the pot roast. Only thing we were not impressed with was the macaroni and cheese. Our waitress was great! Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile when the 3 yr old at our table knocked his mother's O.J. all over. She brought towels and even got another O.J. (with a lid this time) for mama. I hadn't been here since it changed ownership and I'll come back again. Wish they still had the bread that was like an English muffin.
Love, love their gyro platter with extra tzatziki sauce! Yes this photo is smothered with tzatziki, but that is my doing. There is lamb gyro meat under the sauce. Great place for lunch!
Dined at your establishment based on your reviews and the reviews were way off. Your restaurant was much better than any of the reviews I read. Great food. great service. Brianna was especially a stand out. She treated us like we were the only ones in the room even while taking care of her other tables. We will be back and Thank you for such a great experience.
my husband and i have been in the area 3 months, always saying we should try this place.. we did today and are kicking ourselves we didnt sooner.. the food was delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly..
