Don't like how the staff complain on Facebook about ppl. Very childish and rude. Should complain to the customer. The icecream not that great and they give you the same amount in diffrent sizes. Only difference is the price.

Absolutely fantastic! ? worth a visit if in town! So many good treats! Stopped by on the 4th of July, so that was special! Fun to watch them make the fudge, and I recommend trying their ice scream!
I walked in and there was a huge line, which is usually a good sign, but the workers were so slow I could’ve made my own ice cream faster. I finally got to ask for a scoop of superman ice cream (a flavor that has sentimental value to me) and instead, the worker yelled in my face and said that I was choosing a kids flavor. She then continued to smash my cup on the floor, pick it back up, throw it at me, and then spit in the ice cream. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The manager came out when he heard all the commotion and still made me pay full price for the ice cream that was now beaten and battered. As far as I could tell, the worker had no repercussions for her actions. When I walk by the store, I can still see her inside serving. This was a truly disgusting experience and you will never see me there again.
We love to go to Kilwins when we can. This last trip was an imprompto trip for some dark chocolate. We bought a few pieces and took it home. My sweet wife and I love to "share" so we eat half of a piece of chocolate each and that allows us to taste and try so many more flavors for half the calories!
3 dollars to add a small amount of hot fudge and caramel seems excessive. Also, no seating to eat your ice cream.

Found this gem while visiting Hendersonville for the first time and it was so cute and delicious fudge and hot chocolate. I love that you can see them making fue and other things fresh! If you have not been here come check it out!
The fudge is delicious. There is shakes and hot chocolate and plenty of tasty treats. Definitely a good stop for all your chocolate needs.
