I have many things to say about this distasteful restaurant My poor mother Linda had a very horrible experience. Its giving kroger brand mcdonald's. My burger tasted like mcdonald's with sweat and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit wasn't cooked fully cooked and forgot the sausage and had replaced it with burnt bacon. Eating here felt like sitting at a one star motel. The fries we're cold as ice. The lady didn't understand what we were saying like we were speaking polish. Don't go there they are probably infested with cockroaches.
First time I had Jack in the Box and I was not disappointed! The food was all so fresh and delicious. I wish the menu was slightly more clear about what came on some items (unknowingly ended up with mustard on my burger which really harshed the vibe) but the fries are to die for!! Only a few other chains have fries as good.My other gripe is the price tag, as it was very expensive for fast food- but that's more on the company and not the location.
I have heard Jack in the box is good. I wouldn't know because I have made multiple attempts to eat here. Unfortunately it seems there is a time paradox in the drive through in which you never even get to the ordering microphone. The only way to escape this paradox is to pull out of the ever still drive through line that seems to be ever frozen and go to Chick-fil-A. With a line about 4 times the size I still get my food faster. Please improve on this and I will happily try again and update my review
I had the worst experience with with this jack in the box. We ordered our food on doordash and scheduled for pickup cause they don’t deliver to our area. So we placed the order and drove 23 minutes to pick it up . My husband told them he placed an order for pickup and they said they don’t have it and for us to pull in the front. They took asked for his phone so they could see the order and make it. When they handed it to us we noticed that our fries and drinks were missing. The male employee doesn’t believe us although the app clearly states the full order and says he “feels like he’s being lied to” like we were trying to get free food and continues being rude while walking away saying he’s not going to help us with anything else and he has never heard of anyone picking up their own order. My husband and I are timid people who did nothing to provoke such behavior from this employee. I am utterly disgusted and we do not deserve to get treated like we were lying.
Unfortunately they have been dealing with staffing issues for many months now. I've come several times for breakfast and they are not open at the posted time due to staffing. Otherwise, experienced friendly service and good food.
First the good… my food (egg roll and burger were AWESOME!!! Egg roll was equal to any Asian restaurant and my burger was like a gourmet burger. Fries, soda equally tasty.Now… the bad… ok, this isn’t really bad.The burger was too big! I couldn’t eat it all. I could have just shared half. Too many fries for 1 person too. The Large soda was ridiculously huge. Must have been a quart sized cup.So, if you are starving. This is the best place for you. If you want fast food that tastes home made.,, this is the place for you.If you want McDonalds or Burger King….stay away. (Just kidding Try this place out.)
I like the fact that each order is made fresh. I love the cheese suffed jalapeños, and the chicken nuggets and chicken strips are all white breast meat and are delicious. I like the sweet and sour dipping sauce, it's just perfect for the chicken. I find the workers generally very friendly at this Hendersonville NC location.
First time visiting this place and it took quiet a few minutes at the drive through and we know now where we will go to get our burgers and fries from now on ,the food was very delicious and hot
Jack in the Box pulled out of the Chicago area many years ago. There are a few here in the south but they're not close, so we get their tacos wherever we're out in that area. Unfortunately with the price of gas that's not as often as I'd like.
Do not order online, when you go to pick it up they say they didn't get your order so your money gets took and you get no food..
