Terrible,the order was incorrect. The cashier didn't know how to put it into register . When we checked with worker preparing the food . She argued about what we had ordered. Thats when we found out the order had been given to her incorrect . She came to the front. Tried to find a way to correct. My husband only asked them to make it two hamburger patties on a cheeseburger . A double cheeseburger two of them .We were told , you have to pay extra . My husband gave the cashier the difference in cash . Wasn't given his receipt.My order is sitting there . Getting cold. While we are waiting for the second burgers to cook Cashier gives us the bag of food . We leave,get on the interstate heading home to SC. Only to find he has two regular small cheese burgers !My chicken is cold and the crust is dry and hard .So no we did not have a great experience . Food wa we still got two single cheeseburgers and we're charged for two double cheeseburgers and I was charged for two double cheeseburgers so I got wrapped off where's my extra money I think someone needs to call me or text me and let me know what y'all can do if not this will go further than your store
Waited 10 minutes at drive through to place my order . Then waited another 20 minutes to get my lack luster hamburger come to find out they only had 2 working the whole operationI had to park and walk in to get my order or it would have never gotten to me. I don't blame the two girls they were doing their best. Hang in there ladies there will be better days
Virginia took our order today. I want to commend her on her extremely pleasant demeanor...she makes me want to come back. The cheeseburger and fries special was also most excellent!
Went here today for lunch after church. The manager was sitting behind the counter and counting money and said numerous times JESUS CHRIST I guess she was upset and having a bad day numerous times on the headset she was wearing she kept telling the customers in the drive-thru it would be awhile before they could get there order because of being short handed. It not JESUS fault so please don't act like you are blaming him by saying JESUS CHRIST over and over expecely when you have customers in the dinning room area. Maybe counting money should be done at a differnt time when people are not coming in for lunch after church that is a busy time.
Being kind patient and holding it together doing drive thru plus the front her name is Karina the other girls name is Bekka they were great only two of them running the place.
Our biscuits were all but burnt. The quality of the food was not Hardee's worthy and I should know, I used to be a manager at a Hardee's. I would have never sent out such terrible food. Evidently the store manager was not wanting the food cost or waste to be up so that their bonus would be bigger. Anyway that's my opinion! Boo to this Hardee's
Either the biscuits are not done or they are burnt. Like robots taking your order. I used to love there biscuits by themselves and with gravy. The last time I went the gravy tasted like water and the biscuits were so burnt I was able to throw it and it still didn't break. When u really craving something and then u recieve what I did it just ruins my view.
Was short staffed took a while but great food & service otherwise 5 stars!
There is two cars in the Drive-Thru I was the second one me and the other car both had to pull over and wait 15 minutes and all I have is a hot dog
The Four Seasons Blvd Hardee's in Hendersonville, NC has their act together! Food was awesome & service was, too! HOT fries! Did I say ....HOT fries!
