Although short staffed like most places, the young lady giving us our order made it a very pleasant experience visiting Hardees.
Always on point with quick service. I've only come here to pick up for my Door Dash orders, but there is always someone in the drive thru ordering from here. I'm sure the food is great!
Waited 20 minutes for our drive thru order, and didn’t get both fries. Please save your time, and money and go elsewhere
Wow the wait was kinda long this morning, but then it made sense when we got the food and the chicken tenders were so flaky and delish. Plus the fries were just the right salty. Also, the employees were friendly and smiley. ☺ i can't complain ?
No staff and I've decided I just don't like the finished product. I think they were open with only 2 people working in the entire restaurant. Now, that's just MY opinion. Breakfast is ok but I'm not a fan of the burgers.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. After we drove away I pulled out my sandwich and it was ice cold. We were on the interstate at this point in bumper to bumper traffic. Why was the sandwich cold?
The food is ok, but the wait time is crazy. Almost 20 mins for a burger and fry and we were the only ones there. I know everyone is short-handed but it was this way before Covid.
This particular restaurant on 17 South Savannah highway, how's the absolutely best big Huskies. The staff there is ever so friendly. Every time we are headed anyway in that area, we always stop there

Was totally ignored at the drive thru. Couldn't tell if they were even open. Drove around and tried to pull up 3 times. Checked the hours on the door. They were open. On the 3rd try, I had to say "Hello!" To get anyone to respond. They said there was a large order ahead of me. That's ok, I just need to know! Since when do restaurants don't at least greet their customers?
