Very clean, friendly staff and delicious Hook & Ladder sub. No.complaints. Even given a cup for water without asking. Very clean restroom too. Will come again.

Great subs! Rude cashier. Not crowded. I person ahead of us. Didn’t even ask if we wanted sides or drinks.
It took 45 minutes to get three routine subs at 7:00pm. The staff although kind, are NOT in any hurry to get subs made in a timely manner.
One of the most friendly places to eat in town.Rarely do I rate a place poorly if I have a bad experience, I simply don't go back.But Firehouse subs is certainly not one of those places.When I walk in they make me feel like I'm the only customer there. The staff is so amazing and Jeremy learned my name on the first day.The best part is the sandwich.I'm a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I tend to stick with it. Unfortunately, this place hasThrown me a curve ball. I think I have tried everything on the menu but can't decide what I like best.Putting funny aside, I truly appreciate the customer experience and recommend this location without hesitation.Thanks and I as you can guess, I will be back!
I had quite an awful experience at this location when I stopped by this past Saturday 10/23. The younger girl working there with reddish brown hair was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. It was our first time visiting this location, so we were unfamiliar with the layout of the store. We walked in and stood near the front of the store so that we could read the menu. As we were doing this, the girl was unboxing chips in the middle of the walkway and mumbled “you know you can walk around the box” in a condescending tone. All we were doing was reading the menu… Perhaps she has trouble comprehending basic social cues. She had a horrible attitude when taking the order, and would incoherently mumble questions, and then angrily yell when asked to repeat herself.All of the tables inside were filthy, and there were no standard lids or napkins at the drink station. The only 2 trash bins in the restaurant were completely filled and there was nowhere to throw away trash. Of course the same employee had an issue with us searching for a trash can. She stared at us with a strange face as we walked to each trash can and didn’t offer any help. So not sure if the girl is just socially inept or blatantly rude.. regardless I won’t be returning to this location because of her and her alone. The guy making the sandwich was very polite. I feel sorry that he has to work around such a vile person.
These guys are THE best! Food is always perfect - one of the highest ranked stores in the entire Firehouse Subs chain.

I gave it three stars because I thought two would be unfair. I haven't been to this location often but last time I tried to call in an order the girl working just told me to hold and she put the phone down for five or so minutes and I could hear her talking to all the customers. So I just cancelled my order. Maybe you will have better luck than I did. With the way everything is it's almost not worth it to go to these places. Hopes this helps someone.
