Quick service, friendly staff, and delicious hash browns. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was my iced hazelnut latte, it just didn't taste quite right but I went through the drive-thru and didn't want to turn around and go back. I'm sure they would've made it right if I'd asked. So, I'll still be back to give it another shot.
I ordered a couple drinks for curbside pickup and asked if they could leave them on the hood of my car due to me being sick. They didn’t bat an eye and were very accommodating to my request. Awesome staff and great drinks!
We got 2 iced caramel coffees. I asked for extra extra cream and they made them perfect! The workers were nice
What's not to love about Dunkin'? Just one thing, and that's "toasted" to this franchise is a kiss over the heat and that's it. Otherwise, the coffee is of course excellent and their baked goods are always fresh.
Fast and friendly service. Store was clean coffee was good and donuts seemed fresh, to me there is something about dunkins donuts that are different from donut shops in the south so it's something to get used to.
Giving 2 stars because the staff is always nice and polite here. I work in fast food so I know all the struggles but quality of food from this location is horrible. My drink is always good , but never food. Hash browns have obviously sat for hrs and I got a doughnut today that had paper stuck to it still where someone ripped the rest of it off. This is clearly a food safety issue. Food that has sat past it’s holding time does not temp correctly , therefore is a health violation. Please keep this all in mind when you visit this location.
Only had beverages so far, but they are great! Ordering online is wonderful, but the drive thru is just as fantastic. Don't forget to download the app - great points system, and easy to earn free stuff. Plus they have all kinds of specials once u sign up! We love it!
I love this dunkin the most! Was reading through some of the reviews and seen where a chick stated the doughnuts had finger indenting because there were stale??…..only fresh bread will you be able to squish….stale means hard right?….lol anyways got me and my co workers a 2 dozen of the heart shaped ones. Super yummy! Y’all are awesome, and remember you can’t always please everyone ❤️
the first time i came to this dunkin i got a dozen glazed donuts, they were all stale, i could see finger prints in them, if you're wearing gloves, finger prints don't show. i've went there a few times and have regret it every single time. i noticed the other day they water down everything there, and when i got a coffee (specifically a hazelnut iced coffee, vanilla, cold foam) all it tastes like is water and creamer. my fiancé got a vanilla bean coolatta, which also tastes like water. not vanilla bean, just water. every person there also seems to have a super bad attitude. you chose the job, do the job.
Very good location, very good service. They typically have 6 or more employees on duty when I visit before the sun comes up. Much preferred to the other shops in t6he area.
