my wife did car side at 5:23 ended up being cussed by manager this was witnessed by a male customer and a female customer who said she had not been there in 6 months due to this service.

I ordered online at around 6:00 and I arrived at around 6:20. It said it would be ready between 6:24-6:36. Needless to say it wasn't ready until 6:45. The gentleman that brought my pizzas out to me was quite friendly and explained they were extremely busy. His first trip out to my car he forgot one of my pizzas. He went back in to retrieve it and on his second trip back he forgot the sauce I had purchased. The final trip back I finally got my complete order. The pizza was good although my boyfriend said his piece was a little doughy. I usually would give Dominoes a five star but today they were a little off. I hope for a better experience next time.

Worst experience ever! Ordered pizza at 6:06pm last night. At 7:30 I called to check on the status and offered to come pick my pizza up. Was told by the driver if the phone would stop ringing I would already have my pizza. Was told it was being loaded in the car and that I needed to be patient bc it wasn’t the only one getting delivered . At 8:30 I made my way to the store after still not having our pizza. We, nor any of the other 4 people in line were ever acknowledged. My husband stepped to the counter and asked where our pizza was after nearly 3 hours and was then greeted with attitude and profanities by the “driver” that had answered the phone and clearly thought it was funny that at that moment our pizza had still not even been assembled or cooked. Another lady voided it off the computer and in the meantime the cook laughed in our face with a big toothless grin at our horrible experience. I am the most understanding person when it comes to being short staffed. However there were 5 employees there which is far more than I’ve ever seen at one time in that store. On a side note, I recently read a comment from an employee at this location on the local yard sale pages that stated she and her mom both work there. When orders come through that don’t leave a good enough tip they cancel them and act like they were never received. I made it a point to leave well over 20% for a tip and typically offer a few extra dollars in cash when our order arrives. However, we will never give this place our business again and word of mouth travels real fast. Domino’s - give your employees some customer service training bc they are truly lacking these skills!!

My delivery got cancelled 3 times. The first one I didn't get a call that they had to cancel it 2 hours after I placed the order. The second time, they called 45 mins after I ordered to cancel my order and now, it's been 2 hours since I've placed an order. I'm going to go to assume it'll be cancelled as well. Good luck getting them to answer the phone for updates too! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life!!

Waited two whole hours for a delivery, just for the "manager" I spoke to on the phone cancel the order and hang the phone up on me once I requested a refund. I tried calling back multiple times just for them to pick up and immediately hang up on me. So not only did I wait two hours (the store is 20 minutes away, tops) but I also didn't get my order. Extremely unprofessional and the poorest service possible. Will NOT be ordering here again.

Our pizza was exactly how we ordered it. The employee that was there was very kind and professional. But there was only one person working. Even with only one person I was able to pick up my pizza less than 30 mins after ordering online.

Wow! The pizza was on point!!! The guy I ordered from I think his name was Blake was concise and considerate! Thank you guys!!! Ill be coming back?

I ordered a extra large New York style pizza. According to the advertisement on the phone while I waited for someone to pickup. The price was suppose to be 12.99. Also the commercial says you get a $3 tip when you call in a order for pickup. Needless to say I didn't get what I order and got over charged. Order totaled $17.64 for a medium pizza in a large box. ?

I placed an order online and ordered chicken Alfredo and wanted the chicken on the side. Shouldn’t be that hard. Since there is nowhere online to place special instructions / immediately after I submitted my order I called the store to let them know I wanted chicken on the side. I was immediately placed on hold for 7 minutes- without asking if it was ok to be placed on hold. I hung up and called back and was told it was too late to change my order to which I replied - had I not been placed on an indefinite hold- there would have been time. At that point I asked to cancel the order because we wanted the chicken on the side. Period. End of story. Customer should get what they want. The young woman put “Bob” the manager on the phone who immediately said to me “I’m banned from Ordering at Domino’s”. I explained the situation and he said they couldn’t prepare it that way anyway (we’ve done it before) and I said ok thanks! I then called another Domino’s who prepared it the way I wanted it to begin with. So here are the facts: #1 Based on the other reviews- Bob is a poor excuse for a manager, Bob outright lied to me! Because another store did what he said he was not allowed to do. He is pompous and rude to everyone and “bans” everyone according to other reviews. #2 Bob, you don’t need to worry about banning me- I won’t come back there anyway because of your rude [email protected]! #3 Domino’s do better- coach Bob up or out! Put a section online for special instructions like every other restaurant that has online ordering to avoid situations where your once loyal customers are treated like crap by Bob!
