I ordered my usual spinach and feta cheese with chicken, only place that makes a good one. But this time there was no feta cheese in it, very little spinach, and DROWNING in Alfredo sauce, not supposed to even taste the Alfredo sauce hardly. It was terrible. The garlic sticks and 5-cheese dip are always to die for. I guess it depends who is the pizza chef at night.
Spoke with the manager Keith... After taking my order online, accepting my payment and scheduling delivery.I was called to be told that the food would not be delivered??? I was advised to take my business to one of their competitors!! domino's is not doing delivery anymore because of lack of staff..REALLY!!?? Than why take my money?? This place needs new management desperately.
The service here is terrible. They are always understaffed and people have to wait hours on an order. They only had 2 people working tonight on a busy Friday night and orders were backed up hours. Not the first time or even third time this has happened.
This restaurant has been poorly managed for a few years now, but the worst example was last night when our pizza was never delivered nor were we contacted that there might have been a problem. Done with Domino’s!
So here we are 22:30 having placed our order at 20:06. Still no food. The tracker option is a joke, the phone number is a recording you will listen repeatedly for 45 mins for sure (that's when I just hung up). No communication and since I have started this review the pizza tracker just moved to being put in the oven... we shall see but, I believe waiting 2 and a half hours so far eith no option of communication is enough to judge. Can't even cancel the order either so you all know and completely understand, if you go to the store they will just ignore you and let you know your business is an inconvenience IF they even let you in.UPDATE: 23:05We have just gotten done eating 3 hours after we ordered. The pizzas were alright and chicken and bread are rather burned. Unbelievable experience and we will definitely NOT ever be ordering from here again.
Pizza was good....but waited One and half hours for delivery! And, no,it wasn't free. They said they knew street in Laurel Park(it's Only one block from Agoudas Israel!) and I even waited outside in street for last half-hour!
I ordered pizza at 6:24 pm it’s now 8:39 pm andI haven’t received my pizza.If you want pizza consider going elsewhereI’ve tried calling them I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and no one picked up even once.
Ordered 6:50pm. Website reported 72 minute lead time which was fine. 2 hours and 15 minutes later the order was delivered.That’s not actually my bigger complaint. The complaint I am placing here is that no one contacted us to inform of the delay. I’m sure they’re short staffed, but with all the technology this company uses for order fulfillment, you would think they could utilize it to let you know your order is considerably behind.It would make a big difference in customer satisfaction.Hope this helps.
Ordering online was easy, store personnel was friendly, and the pizza looked delicious. Unfortunately, the pizza was woefully undercooked. I'll give them another try anyway.
I know that they are short staffed, but that doesn't mean that they take it out on customers and speak rudely to you. I won't be back and if they keep it up not only will they be short staffed, they won't have any business.
