Walked in the door. There were two people at the cash register got ignored completely. Waited a little longer was finally seated. Waited for our server for awhile she finally came to take out order after a table before us got served. Comes to find out apparently they thought my husband and I were not going to tip and that’s why we we’re getting ignored. I will not be back. Hope our waitress enjoys her tip.
Bad quality food. McDonald's quality is far better. It has been a few years since going to Denny's. Sadly the quality has plummeted while prices have increased. I'd recommend going to another place. Felt sick after eating low quality chicken.Service was alright. Our server was super slammed but very nice.
Stopped in on my way home from work yesterday morning against my better judgment cause last time at night wasn’t good but I stopped anywayI was seated immediately there were 4 people already seated. Girl took my drink order then I waited 20 minutes for her to bring it and it was cold. I placed my order asked for fresh cup of coffee when she brought my food I asked again for coffee it was hot but tasted nasty. My food was disgusting. Bacon and sausage looked like they were old and were just reheated. Eggs were not fully cooked I had to ask for toast that was supposed to come with my order. When I finally got it it was barely toasted. Needless to say the only thing I ate was the toast. Very poor service very poor cooks
The WORST experience i have ever had at any denny's!! 20 min wait to be seated when there's a ton of empty seats!! Another 20 min to get drinks we ordered 3 all you can eat breakfast. Ordered one more round of pancakes 15 min later we gave up and ask for the check!

Senior meal was very small and overly expensive for small amount of food received. $2.39 for a drink is ridiculous. For the price paid I could have gotten better food and better service from the Cracker Barrel that's just up the street. This has left a bad taste in my mouth for Denny's in more ways than one.
Came here for French Toast and eggs...waited 45 minutes only to be told they were out of batter for French toast and waited 20 more minutes just to get rubbery eggs and burnt French toast that didn't even taste right. My server Alley is awesome!!! She always does an amazing job!!! But that kitchen needs some help! 15 plus tickets hanging, one cook and still sitting people in the dining room....Not a good way to run the flow folks!!!!!
I stood at the door awhile before being seated then I realized there was only one server on the floor and food in the window to be served. She told us to grab a table and she would be right with us. Her name was mandi and she was amazing. Even though she was in the weeds she maintain and did a fantastic job it appeared that most of the customers seem to give her a break considering the work she was doing she was doing the cashier waiting tables clearing tables doing in the phone orders all by yourself when nobody else inside except for the cook in the window. The store was clean the food was good could have been served a little faster but with the understanding it's okay. A poor like a management upon the store is why it has the name it does here in Hendersonville it's not number one choice of giving options to go eat. kudos to Mandi!!!
The food was not even eatable! How do you make a pancake taste bad?? Bacon with no taste?? Greasy Hash browns!!
The kitchen staff botched our order. The server was courteous, and did remedy the kitchen's mistakes, but overall, we weren't impressed. I have eaten at Dennys many many times, in many different places, but the Hendersonville location has been the biggest disappointment. Between the higher prices, and the reduced quality of service, Dennys isn't the value it once was.
