Every single time we go here, they have an excuse for why they can’t serve us. Last time they closed hours early. This time- as we pulled up to the drive thru a guy walked up to our car and said, as unprofessionally as possible, they were closing the drive thru because they couldn’t handle it. Just close the place. Once you’re in that parking lot, you’ve passed all the other food options available. You guys have been helping us save money though. We just go home. If I wanted to come inside or was ABLE to- I wouldn’t have used the drive thru.

Drive thru closed. Understaffed.Root beer float improperly made.

Usually a huge DQ fan but the one close to me is owned by someone who could care less about the restaurant. Can't take cards sometimes, drive through is inoperable. I've even seen the entire restaurant closed for whatever reason. It's a good day when you can go through the drive through and get what you went for and pay the way you need to. It's not the fault of the employees. Owner doesn't care enough to give them the tools they need to operate in a functional manner. I've stopped going all together because it's not worth the drive on a gamble.

Been to dairy Queen grill and chill several times, quick place to get something good to eat after you get off work. Have great hamburgers and they will make them anyway you want them. Employees are very professional and very quick with their service.

This location was clean and the employees were very friendly. Food was fresh and you could tell the lady that fixed it made it the way she would've liked it. My husband even said you can feel the love in the food. We were very happy and will go back.

They were short staffed, yet the staff provided amazing service. And unlike Wendy’s, they actually still have ice cream!

3 years and 3 different cakes and they still can't spell my name right. Contacted corporate weeks ago and they just keep saying they can't make the franchisee call me, they don't know why they wouldn't reach out. The store doesn't answer their phone and last year their manager just blamed her staff. I know we don't teach cursive anymore but if you can't write, don't decorate cakes. This store is bs and their leadership explains why.they respond to this google review, but it's not the owner and customer relations doesn't do a thing for you except say, "sorry we can't make the franchisee call you." AWFUL service all around.

I hate to pile on during Covid.. but today was too comical. My wife and I have rewards with DQ and on many occasions we've been told that 'the scanner isn't working'. One time, a manager over rode the price, every other time we just walked out and drove up to the Arden location (5.8 miles out of the way) who does have a working scanner. Today, through the drive thru, we were asked, via the drive-thru speaker, to come to the window 'because the drive- thru speaker wasn't working'.. When we got to the window we were told that their scanner wasn't working.. I asked if they could make me a chocolate chip mint blizzard and was told that they had no mint and no chocolate chips. I noticed through the window, working the front counter, was the guy who helped me about 2-3 weeks ago. 2-3 weeks ago, he was able to scan my reward AND make me a chocolate chip mint blizzard. So I decided to go into the store to place my order. He was standing next to a woman, maybe the manager?, who when I asked about honoring the reward, told me that the scanner was broken. He tried scanning the bar code on my phone, apparently it didn't work, and the woman said that the scanner might be fixed by tomorrow. When I asked the guy about making a chocolate chip mint blizzard.. he tells me that they can't make it because there's no button to order it. When I asked the woman, she asked the blizzard maker if they had mint,, she said YES and that she also had CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!! So she made my blizzard correctly... but apparently forgot the fudge in my wife's Sea Salt Toffee fudge blizzard.. I understand things are rough.. but I was the only customer and I saw at least 4 employees. If it's not too far out of your way.. you'll probably have better luck at the Hendersonville Road location in Arden.

This is the stupidest place I have ever been I have been waiting for the longest time they are completely incompetent and they were not even busy I will never come back to this pathetic excuse for a restaurant. It took forever to get two drinks and four chicken strips I was starting to think they had to kill the chicken or something

Food was hot and good. Service was prompt even though it a skelton crew working.Good job, guys!!
