I have wrote email to CEO about poor customer service and wrong charges by Area/Site Manager George.They gave you very less food compare to any other chipotle. He also charges extra for small corn or salsa. He told people that he charges 0.25 cents but charges 0.30 cents. No chipotle ever charged extra for small corn or salsa before.George is very arrogant and poor manager does not care what Chipotle values.Like everybody mention, it is very small portions compare to any other chipotle.
The food is great. The service is decent. The rules about online ordering only are garbage, period. It was nice knowing you Chipotle. As I ate in the restaurant after ignoring the ridiculous sign and ordering with my face, instead of a pocket computer, I watched about ten people read the sign posted about how you have to order your food from your phone, while you stand there at the restaurant, instead of walking up and placing an order like a normal human being. It's a stupid idea, and Chipotle is doing it for kickbacks from delivery services. Pick your profits over your patrons, Chipotle, and watch things not go well. Me, my money, and my family won't be procuring their services any longer, unless this profit grab idea is cancelled.
Stopped here on the way from AVL back to Greenville. They’re clearly understaffed with only 3 people working the entire restaurant. No smoked Tabasco sauce which is a staple of Chipotle! And most importantly my girlfriends rice was nowhere near fresh. Crunchy rice = 3 stars
What is up with the rice? The last two visits the rice was hard,not fully cooked. I'm not going to bother taking it back this time. Anyway, last time the guy made the smallest burrito! I'm assuming he didn't know how to roll it so he kept it small. I commented that it was pretty small for the money but he basically ignored me. I don't know, I was so excited to learn they were putting in a Chipotle, but this one lacks in every way. I have tried it several times but now I can see it just isn't going to work out. Good bye to Chipotle!!
Over the last month or so we have eaten here 3 times and before that once a month or so.Each time over the last month my husband has gotten food poisoning from his bowl. Each time worse than before.I’m assuming it’s either the queso or the meat he gets. Which tells me they’re not taking items off the line when they should be and it sits for too long.Once the queso and the meat was barely room temperature.My burrito once when ordered with the app was just rice and beans. Not even a decent amount.My order was rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, pico and guac.The chips are almost always soggy and old.The last time we went they hardly cooked my daughters quesadilla and gave her the most pathetic servings of rice on the side. Like an itty bitty take out condiment container.While the staff was somewhere nice that time, the employee who made my burrito skimped on everything and I had to re-roll it when I sat down to eat it because he rolled it like a taquito then lazily folded the sides up on the outside.Mt husband got super sick after eating. my daughters food, his bowl and my burrito were so small we were still hungry after.Also the tortillas are so gummy and undercooked. When you bite into them it’s impossible to bite completely through and it stretches so much to the point where the contents just fall out on you.The only reason why we were still going to this location was because Moe’s and other chipotle’s are too far from our home to justify driving to when we want to just have a quick and easy meal.Save yourself the time and money and just go to Moe’s, Taco Bell or drive to another location.The frequency of the food poisoning alone is concerning.
Food here is subpar to normal chipotle standards. The staff has been very rude on 3 different occasions which is why I am finally leaving a review. I absolutely love chipotle but would recommend avoiding this location.
Went twice, both times I didn't receive guacamole and queso. Which would be fine if it wasn't $3 per order. Will not return $6 could buy another burrito.
I've been here on 5 different occasions (hoping for a different result each time) and each time the quality of the food has been horrible. I'm a vegetarian and each time I've been they haven't had vegetables. The rice is always hard and I'm guessing over-cooked. I've been a fan and a customer of Chipotle the chain for many years, but I won't be back to this location.
Went inside and got two burrito bowls, was great portions and tasted fresh. Left very full and satisfied. Also nice space!
Very clean establishment and very pleasant staff. I’ll definitely visit again.
