Ever since they opened cars have been lining up for Chick-fil-A and why would people do that? Great food and Great service! And they do it all with a great and efficient system with a friendly attitude and big smiles on their faces. I coast into line, and there is Always a Line and yet I’m ordered and out of there with Market Salad and or Chicken Sandwich or Nuggets hot and fresh in 10 minutes and never leaving my car. It’s a model of efficiency and excellence!
Great peach shake, very friendly service, fast service
I just have to say Kim was way way way too sweet!!!! She went above and beyond recommending delicious additions to an already delicious salad. She brought my son an ice cream cone just to be sweet. I mean honestly what a joy to walk into the restaurant and have someone with such a kind loving heart great you and treat you like family. What an incredible human being. AND Although I did not talk to Kasey, I observed her treat another customer with extreme kindness and whole hearted love. What a wonderful place to go!!!
I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is something that needs to be said. The managers here aka the girls who are in the blue, make their employees do everything for them. Now this seems normal right? Wrong. It was not busy at all and there were 2 managers on duty that I saw. The man upfront was doing counter, to go orders and curbside ALL BY HIMSELF. What were the 2 girl managers doing. Gossiping behind the door. Now if they were doing something I would understand. First they were talking behind the counter and when one saw us waiting she went and it looked like she was gonna take our order, then she turned around laughing super loud and went behind the door to gossip. Then we waited in line which it was just my boyfriend and I and we waited 10 minutes if not more for this man to take our order because he was doing way too many things with very little help from the managing staff. I think you guys need to check your managers, or atleast get managers that help the rest of the staff.
I had a wonderful time. Me and my friends arrived and it only took a few minutes before we were served. It was the busy Time of the day for them but still got top quality service. The location was actually pretty empty in regards of what it could hold. But it was steady
Make sure if you use the app and are getting breakfast, you are there before 1030am because at 1031am, it will automatically cancel your order and says breakfast ended! ?The "app lane only" sucks... forcing you to get that or sit in line with 3 xs as many vehicles, I feel like that's punishment for people like my parents that don't use smart phones... it was much better having both lanes open at all times to everyone... OTHER than that incident of me thinking once my order was placed, I could go and get it (*first time using it), then it canceling it one minute after 1030am, t's been excellent every time! Food and people are great that I've had to deal with!
Very disappointing service:Several months ago, I began planning a field trip for 6th grade students of Chase Middle School to enjoy a day at Holmes State Educational Forest in Hendersonville, NC (next to Dupont State Park). Since Forest City now has a Chick-fil-A franchise, I decided to do sandwiches for the lunch. However, our local restaurant suggested we order from a Hendersonville location so that our sandwiches would stay warm and fresh, as we’d need to keep them in warming bags for 4 hours if coming from Forest City. Taking their advice, I called a week early to set up our large order of approximately 150 sandwiches. Olivia assured me there would be no problem with our sandwiches being delivered to the park at a cost of $4.00 per sandwich. We had 4 activity busses and it was only 12 miles away; Chick-fil-A’s delivery max is 20 miles. She told me to call back the day before our trip to give a final count and to pay. When I called, Sarah and I discussed the final order, and I was placed on hold. Zachariah then came back to the phone to discuss final details. He told me he was unaware of the $4.00 per sandwich arrangement with delivery but would check with the catering manager and Olivia and call me back. In his voicemail, he told me, “… again, that’s our fault in giving you that price, but we can’t unless it was promised prior to that for a specific scenario. We wouldn’t be able to get the price for four dollars per sandwich for a delivery, so let me know how you want to move forward…”. I was appalled since we had come to an arrangement 6 days prior. This was a difficult situation, as we had already collected money needed for transportation and food (Holmes State Forest is FREE!) based on the $4.00 per sandwich quote I had been given and that was confirmed one week earlier. I can certainly understand a charge of $1.59 per sandwich for delivery if that price had been previously agreed upon. However, that is not the case in this situation. And from my experience in retail work aside from teaching: if a mistake is made by the company, then it is the company’s responsibility to make it right. At this point, since we could not magically come up with nearly $250 extra to pay for delivery, I asked my cousin in Hendersonville, to send out a Facebook post requesting help in getting a delivery to our students. People graciously offered to do it for free, but we paid $40 to the lady delivering. I am thankful that there were people willing to save a school’s field trip!!One would think that the nightmare situation with Hendersonville’s Chick-fil-A ended there, but no! I had specifically explained to Zachariah when ordering that we did not want the warmer bags, as we would not have a way to return them. When our delivery person arrived with the sandwiches, she had two enormous warming bags! That morning, Ashley from Chick-fil-A called me to say that the lady had left with our sandwiches but that they had sent her away without our complete order and wondered if she could possibly turn around to retrieve the missing items. I could not believe it and explained that I did not know the lady who had volunteered to bring us our sandwiches. I told Ashley that they needed to deliver the sandwiches, or there would be many unhappy and hungry children. After all of that, Chick-fil-A ended up making a delivery and picking up their warmer bags. They sent a few small goodies as an apology I guess, but was it worth it?If you are still reading this lengthy review, it is my sincere hope that you will reconsider using either Chick-fil-A in Hendersonville for a large catered event. And I say either one, as I reached out to Joel Benson, the owner of both locations, to express my concern and disappointment, but after 6 days of waiting for a return call, I have heard nothing. So my guess is that these communication issues must ring true at both restaurants, making their service not fitting of usual Chick-fil-A standards.
Bring back the normal drive-through this is BS the mobile order line is killing business. It ran perfect before, now you got people waiting over 30 min for a chicken sandwich. Do the right thing stop being so selfish
I love the new mobile order pick up line. So. Convenient. I can pay online ahead, skip the line, and get in so quickly.
They are slower then most small town Chick-fil-As other than food is still great??
