They tend to be short staffed, which can lead to longer than typical wait times. But if you have the patience, it's worth it. I've been here several dozen times in the last 6 months, mostly for breakfast, but a couple lunch/dinners, and every time have received some of the most consistent and well prepared fast food I've ever seen. Burgers and croissants aren't sloppy messes, and are made correctly. Order takers always polite, even when busy and stressed. As a chef for over 20 years, it's rare I say that a fast food place is "worth it". This BK location is one of the few. Excellent team and management.
Although they're short staffed they're friendly and efficient. Edie Buckner should get a raise!
Some of the hardest working people I've ever met. It takes a special breed of employee to deal with the public and still run the store day after day during this pandemic era and usually with only a skeleton crew. I mean it's Burger King so Burger King's pretty consistent at being Burger King so don't expect much food's pretty much always the same customer service pretty much always the same especially the way the world is nowadays so more than likely you'll have to wait but if you're looking to get Burger King food I mean come on it's Burger King it's the same experience no matter which one you go to pretty much.
I'll just need to close at Burger King down on Asheville Highway I won't let you come in no more and it's been lifted they are slow no just close that one down then they don't know what you ordered have time so y'all just need to close that Burger King downtown
Ordered a very simple whopper Jr meal. With cheese. Water and a cheeseburger with ketchup only. The person working window was very short and rude. Didn't say hello, thank you or anything except what would you like, is that it? My whopper Jr did not have cheese and the burger was as cold as the lettuce. My kids cheeseburger was literally drowned in ketchup. The bun was soggy bc it had so much ketchup on it. I tore part of it off and wiped as much off as I could for him to eat. Didn't get a receipt or napkins. Very disappointed.
Short staffed but still managed to keep the drive thru moving fairly quick.
It was ok since they running on Skelton crew. But they try really hard. Better than BoJangles that shuts down at 3pm past 6 months. ✔
Order was right but cashier not friendly.
Fries were perfect. Took a while to get through, only the drive up was open. 1/13/22
