Worst service I’ve ever received. Didn’t acknowledge me once after I was very polite. Made my food completely incorrect after I repeated multiple times. They couldn’t even put a straw in the bag.I’ll drive an extra 15 minutes else where.
I used to work for this exact restaurant and they're employees or sythey're employees are sending out sandwhiches dwithout the parts of the sandwich that make it what it is and they remake an order and screw it up the exact same way twice not worth the money. We'll be going back tomorrow for a refund.
We were traveling recently from Atlanta and stopped at this Burger King in Hendersonville and we were SO glad that we did!! The dining room was closed; however, the drive through was very quick with fresh and hot food. The staff was VERY friendly!! We were also impressed with the fact that there was an employee cleaning the glass doors and windows and picking up any litter around the outside of the restaurant. Will definitely visit this BK again!!!!
Food always fresh and tasty! Friendly staff....times are longer occasionally due to being short-staffed! But I like the cleanliness of restaurant...even though it's one of oldest BKs around!
This BK had fast friendly service. The food was hot and wait times were quick eventhough the drive thru was busy. I will visit this location again.

This is my favorite Burger King!! The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is very friendly.
It was pretty slow. I imagine they're understaffed for the business. Food still tasted good in spite of this though and they were kind despite having to go fast.
I'd suggest Burger King pull this franchise. Just not sure how you can mess up almost every order. No lettuce on a Big Mack. A crispy chicken sandwich that ways so dried out it tasted like dirt. On my next visit I got the wrong soda and no fries. You almost never get a napkin and forget the drive through employees. Burger King needs to start from scratch at this location
Order two chicken sandwiches through the drive-thru asked for mayonnaise on those sandwiches no mayonnaise at all horrible
