I’m giving 2 stars because after the wait and rudeness the food was hot and fresh. I used the app the price rang up wrong. When I told the cashier she ask if would like a refund. I started to hand the food back she said just keep it. She was getting the money when another lady I’m assuming the manager came to the window and ask for the food back. I explained what happened and that the cashier said keep the food she said No we don’t give refunds if you keep the food. I ask for the difference In what I paid and my coupon and they gave it to me. Apparently they are not responsible for app coupons not working or telling you that they didn’t work. ( also it showed as a completed coupon on app). I wanted 12 minutes for a small double cheeseburger meal.
Worst burger King I've even been at. Food was absolutely just slopped together, spicy chicken wasn't spicy, pop was flat, only the drive through open and I wanted onion rings but got fries. Not recommended unless it's a last resort. Someone needs to step up to the plate and manage this location because I love burger King food but was let down.
Terrible Employees and Service. I am a huge Buger King fan but when there is only one Buger King restaurant on the side of town I work and live not yo mention the ridiculously Gas Rate Increase preventing me from driving to another location in a 30 minute timeframe on lunch break . Everytime I've gone through drive thru only to be told hold on for another 20 minutes before taking my order and then another 30 minutes at window not to mention the dining room been closed for months on end. Then my money is no longer going into this place not to the poor excuse if employees they have there!
Beyond the worst Burger King there is stay !! away!!! Food is always wrong every single time !! they can't even make a sandwich plain with nothing on it!! very very nasty people working there, do yourself a favor and don't go to this Burger King!
Dine in was closed due to lack of help. Went further on down the road to dine in elsewhere.
Went for ice cream but of course the machine was down...shouldn't have expected it to work. Ended up with over cooked cookies ?. There is a huge and deep hole in the ground that will make you think you tore the front end off your car in the drive through so be careful of that!
Never seem to have my French toast sticks in the morning. One of the only places I can get an actual ICEE, not a slushy. Now they have employees the place is rocking, faster than McDonalds
Whopper was wrong. Paid for cheese didn't get it. Other whopper the cheese didn't melt it was cold.
It was HOT AND FRESH AND HOW I ORDERED IT! Staff still had a great attitude being as understaffed as they were!
Don't open till 10 am and got sick last time nasty staff and mozzarella sticks are the worst there overcooked no cheese and act like they don't care
