If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all me and a guy waited 15 minutes with no one taking our order. Then the rude cashier Kayla says they don't have no help and starts mouthing off at me saying I can come back there and help. Just rude then I ask for the manager and the rude blonde girl says she's taking an order. Then the shift manager Pat comes over and acted very confused. I'm definitely calling corporate on this location. There's nothing wrong with assuring your customers that you will be with them shortly.
Friendly staff, quick drive thru. Food however, like every other bojangles I'm finding recently is just not good. Food is being left in the warmers too long and when you order bo boxes and ask for supremes they add what they have and just toss in whatever else to fill the order without asking if you'd rather wait for what you ordered to be cooked. I'd guess about 70% of the time your order is barely edible because it passed freshly cooked 20 minutes earlier..fries included.
I've stopped at many Bojangles and this location consistently serves the best quality prepared food. The biscuits, tea and fries are always fresh when I've stopped by. The staff are nice and friendly.
The employees are not worth 4stars they're rude & seem mad at the customers because they work there. As far as doing their job right then they get 4 & half stars. The reastruaunts always clean inside & out, there condiments, napkins, etc. are always stocked , and their food is always cooked the correct way plus they actually toss the items that's time is up and replace it with fresh food. FYI The majority of fast food restaurants only replace the food when it's been out on display for too long whenever state come to do inspections and give out their sanitation grade. In fast food restaurants defense if they did the time thing like they're supposed to they would not make much money because the food cost would almost cause the reastruaunts to go under & I myself have reheated leftovers from certain fast food restaurants so don't think that poorly about that. Bojangles is not one of the fast food restaurants I was just talking about well this one isn't.
I walk up to Bojangles almost 4 hours before their closing for the day and I'm told by an employee you have to stand in the driveway to order food and wouldn't let me inside.Talk about worthless employees and lousy customer service
Fine restaurant. About what you'd expect from Bojangles. I did actually have to return my fries as they were a little stale but that happens every food establishment you go to every now and then. Other than that it's a clean one, employees are friendly, and they're on top of things. Other than the fries, no complaints.
Requested all dark on a family meal, and actually got it this time. I did have to wait, but not as long as i was originally told. They were prompt to bring it out to the car as soon as my order was ready.
I used to work for Bojangles I still like the food here I left because they pick unfit people for management they don't know how to talk to people I witnessed the manager snapping and growing at the people I had thought of going back after seeing things are the same I wouldn't even think about it.
Guy who took our order was so friendly, made us feel like a person not like just another order to make...
Good chicken but make sure to check your box, they sometimes forget everything
