The order I placed for chicken 3 pc and they didn’t have it so I ordered 2 3 PCs white dinners chicken was cold beans were cold the front line look so nasty and the guy up front said he had people in the back not cooking and doing there jobs on person up front looks stoned he went outside then started messing with the door to lock and went back to the front line and he never washed his hands girls hair hanging out of there caps will never come back
This Bojangles is horrible. Today I went through the drive through and the guy that gave me my drinks did not put the lids on all the way, spilling in my truck. When I asked for napkins all he would give me was another lid. He didn’t give us all of our food and had the personality of wooden post. Honestly you’re wasting your time if you go here.
Had lunch there on our vacation. Was just plain not edible. Threw our food in the trash and went to a grocery store and bought Lunchables.
Tried to go this evening. So dark they looked closed but I went thru parking lot to double check. They were all outside. We just left. Need more lights to show you see open. Online even says was closed. Definitely wasn't because I saw headset on one of them.We did eat lunch there on Sunday and it was scrumptious. That was middle of day,church rush.
This is a great Bojangles. I have noticed the manager at this store has been here a while. It is very consistent and the service and food are always good. I credit him for this because no where I go has a Manger that I see and recognize as much as this guy. No matter if it's early morning or evening. He seems to find good people to help also. The Biscuits are the best of all. This is why I give this Bojangles a 5 star.
Great staff but this restaurant needs a makeover very badly. Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) is 5 stars but the tables and chairs are dangerous. The joints for chairs are loose as well as the table tops.It's time to remodel this very busy Bo's.
TOURIST BEWARE!!I would avoid all Bojangles in and around the Hendersonville/Flat Rock NC areas.I will provide some background. My wife and I recently had our Kitchen remolded. This took approximately 10 months. This caused us to frequent a number of restaurants. We went to some we could eat in and others for fast food.Bojangles was one of those fast food services that we patronized. We found that both establishments exhibited a lack of service, professionalism and politeness of their respected staffs.Service was very inadequate. Orders not provided correctly. You order 3 wings, mashed potatoes with extra gravy and green beans. Normally the green beans were there, sometimes slaw was substituted. Never was the chicken right, except 1 time. I believe we went to these restaurants ~30 times during this construction period. The potatoes and gravy occasionally had the extra gravy.Professionalism was highlighted when you would go back and complain about incorrect order. Staff would be offended, lie and exhibited rude behavior toward you. We had one lady say you will have to take as it is. We do not have any wings or give me the potatoes I can put more gravy on them. Is this a lack of training or the new approach to businesses now?Politeness is something not seen anymore by the people in these drive throughs. They rarely acknowledge your presence with a smile and introduction. This can sometimes be felt when order is give over the intercom. I am not sure how this can be rectified.In closing, I would offer going to Chic-fil-A for Good service, professionalism and staff that is polite. Sometimes the traffic there can be a hassle, but food is always correct!
This particular Bojangles had a sanitary rating of 97 %. Exactly what does that mean?! ? I don't know about you but I want my food prepared by others with a 100% cleanliness rating! They also were completely out of drummies, were unable to give me a credit card receipt, and didn't bag the food - I had to ask. Crew could use better training and management.
The individual who took my order this morning was very friendly, and Austin (I believe that was their name? Short hair and stud earrings) was very friendly as well!They were super busy and I really appreciated their hard work in trying to serve everyone in a timely manner. My order was correct, and me and my daughter are currently enjoying our breakfast while watching cartoons. Y'all are doing great, thank you for y'all's hard work.
Went through the drive thru! The lady taking our order had attitude. When we asked her what her problem was and to lose the attitude another guy came on to finish the order with attitude. Pulled to the window and he said with attitude. She didnt have an attitude and that they were the only 2 there and was busy and handed us our food after we gave our card to pay. My husband and I were literally the only people in the drive thru line and didn't see anyone in the lobby. Regardless, there is no excuse for the amount of attitude we were receiving. I gave the food back and asked for a refund. This was less then 10 minutes ago. I do not put hard earned money to businesses that doesn't deserve it.Oh and the guy who came on second was an old guy who was THE MANAGER!!
