Eh it is what it Is nothing special, tried the new wagu burger.. absolutely nothing special it was pretty burnt so not so juicy. It's pretty expensive the burger it self Is over $6 and over $10 for the meal-fries and a drink..Employees are not very friendly so it is the roast beef king but it's still fast food take your chances at your will.
Never enough help and always get order wrong please get better help and pay people who really care about there job more money.
We really like eating here but there is never any help here seems like the employees are stressed and overwhelmed all the time always a line inside and also the drive-thru. Maybe some of the people who sit behind a desk and push a pencil all day need to figure out what they can do to help there employees who work hard to do the best they can with such a shortage of help. One good thing ARBY'S has is the 10 commandments on the wall thank God its there thats another reason we like coming back
Came in and I was the 6th person in line. 10 minutes later still no cashier up front. 15 minutes later still no cashier still 6th person in line. I just left as I wasn't getting served here that day.
I visited 1/28/2022 at 12:17pm. I ordered a French dip combo and got back on the road to my surprise my sandwich tasted like all bread the meat was so thin and dry I barely got the first half down I decided to drive back to ask a couple questions. I came in and politely asked the woman at the register what the meat portions were for my sandwich, I didn’t ask for a new one I realized that I had already eaten the first half of the sandwich but there go to was to automatically assume I wanted something free instead of just answering my question. She went and got the manager and then both of them were just treating me like I wanted something free, But no I wanted what I paid for. I get 30 mins for lunch, So yes the first half of the sandwich went quick but it tasted like just bread so of course I came back went back and I wanted them to fix it instead I just got rude comments and left still hungry. There’s no way there was 4oz of meat on the sandwich!
On 2/1/2022 I ordered a small milkshake. priced on the drive thru board at $1.99. I was charged $3.19 at the window and the manager refused to change the price. The large milkshake is only $2.99. Even online all the Arby's menus show 1.99.
Food was very good but the Jamoca Shake, Arby's has a big hit! Love it, love it, love it!
Fast and friendly staff food was hot the people were nice and I'll come back for sure
Other than the dine in was closed and I had to go thru the drive through it was good. Food was good workers were nice. Will visit again and recommend
Food quality is great but the drive thru workers always seem to forget something. This visit was straws so I couldn't even drink my soda while driving.
