Service was great, but cooks definitely need to learn the menu and how to prepare dishes. Sent one family's plate back 3 times, still wasn't correct. They won't be returning.
The service here wat top notch Our server, Daniel, was great at his job. Very friendly and very polite. The food was very good. We ordered .the 2 for $22 menu, and there was a lot of food we had to take some home. When we are back in this area, will make sure and eat here again.

The food was delicious and the waitress that took my order and waited on me originally was wonderful. I guess she was on break or gone by the time I paid my bill. My total was 12.69 and I gave the new waitress a $20 bill. She brought me my change, laid it on the table and rushed off. She DID NOT GIVE ME MY ENTIRE CHANGE BACK. She only gave me $7.00. It should have been $7.31. I know $0.31 is not a big deal but honesty is honesty. If she could not give the .31 back, all she had to do was explain to me and I would have been fine with that. I feel if you are going to be dishonest about $0.31, what else are you going to be dishonest about. Applebees you have just lost a regular customer over$0.31. Shame on you.
They need better servers. Ours was great. Took longer for our food then it should have with having only 2 people. They were busy but not to busy. But the people beside us weren't as lucky. They had got there appetizer and no drinks. And there server was sitting at the bar talking to a friend for atleast 20 mins. And then complained that they only left her a $5.00 tip where the surrounding tables could hear her.
We had been turned off by different Applebee's poor quality. Hendersonvilles store was excellent. Vibrant customers, funny and attentive server, the food was fresh with good portion sizes. The Whiskey Burger was excellent. If I loved here I'd be back. Not true in our hometown.
Kudos to the Management for hiring incredibly awesome Bartenders. We absolutely love Haley, Jen, and Kerrbear. We come in on Fridays and have so much fun with the girls. Great times!
We have always been pleased but this time wasn’t that good service was not good.lots of workers standing around. We will probably not go back

Although the food and service are as usual, you will need to be cautious. The staff wears masks, but most of them have it below their nose.
