Restaurant was clean, service was good. I ordered a black and blue salad. No drink came with the meal but it was almost ten dollars. Salad was fresh, grilled chicken was very good, the entire salad was flavorful and very tasty. The salad was much smaller than those I've gotten from the same restaurant. The size going down and price going up I doubt I'll order that item again. They have other options and we do frequent that location...

Haven’t had Zaxby’s since 2017 and now that I am a permanent resident here in NC; I missed it! Absolutely delicious!

Everytime I have ordered here. The order has been wrong. I took an order back they redipped the cold chicken and sent it out. No fresh fries after driving across town to return the order. My husband has covid. They should have trashed the food.

They should call their boneless meal The great 4 since half of the wings are about the size of a quarter and don't pay extra for a larger cup because they will fill it completely with ice. Very disappointing trip but the garlic buffalo blaze sauce was good.

Food was great but this store really needs some kitchen direction and traffic management if the dining room is to stay closed. They are not equipped to timely and efficiently handle the amount of traffic that comes through.
I have had amazing service every single time I’ve come in, and today I had a race there because I forgot to get a salad and they were very polite and made sure that I had it. I called ahead and explained my situation and I came right at closing and they held it for me and came out and made sure I had everything. I felt like a very valued customer and will definitely return soon! Thank you guys so much. Also the managers are amazing!
