Very busy lunch crowd but drive thru was surprisingly quick...they have their act together. And the signature chicken sandwich was hot and very good
I have ate there many many time and not once have I ever received cold or wrong in anyway they are good about having a good attitude when u order wish I could give them ten stars
Pulled in 7:30pm Friday evening. Only 2 cars ahead in drive-through. A couple of cars behind us. Ordered a salad, strips and a sandwich (nothing extraordinary) and pulled up to window. Sat there five mins and was asked to pull up and wait. After 10 mins, wife went to the door and it was locked. After another 5, I walked back to the window. Having waited 20 mins and watching a dozen otjer cars clear the drive-through, I asked how much longer would we be waiting. No swearing or Karen-esque behavior. A simple question. First response was "Do you want a refund?" No, we've driven 5.5) hours and just wanted our food. "So... do you want a refund?" How much longer will it be? "Your strips just went into the fryer. (After 20 mins...) Do you want a refund?" Fine. "It'll take 4-5 business days to process your refund..." Why so long? At this point, the manager, who's been standing there the whole time jumps in. "IT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! (To the server "Close the window") Worst service/attitude ever at a Zaxby's. This will put me off the entire chain for a while.
In the past they've had great food but today I was served chicken wings that were dryer than sand in the middle of the desert. When I try to eat them the ends of the drumsticks were cold like they had been in the cooler. I have 20 plus years experience in the food industry and if I had to take an educated guess I believe they are pre cooking the chicken sticking it in the cooler and then reheating it because that's the only thing that would explain the dryness of the chicken and the ends of the piece of chicken being cold.
Who in their right mind sends out a BURNT sandwich that is hard as a rock and dry as a bone! Terrible food!!!
Make sure u check your food we had to go in drive thru 3 times to get everything we ordered. I don’t understand how when looking at the list of orders you miss so many items in a order
Good choice for fast food. Order was picked up after using app. Everything was correct and sauces were the bomb! Love the new garlic hot sauce.
This the fastest drive thru food place in town!!! Great food & customer service!
Slow, kinda pricey for what you get. You get charged for any sauce other than Zax sauce even though everything they sell is a finger food meant to be dipped.
Great salad.
