We’ve been loyal customers for a little over a year now. Last Friday, we placed an online order at 7:13pm. The confirmation said 10-15 minutes. No problem. It takes me about 20 minutes to drive there from my house. I get there and tell them that I’m there to pick up. The gentleman at the counter then told me that it’s not ready yet. Ok, no worries, I can wait. As the orders kept getting filled, one of the staff members keeps putting them on the shelf at the pick-up window. He’s calling out names, but only for some of the orders. Next thing I know, it’s 8pm, and my order hasn’t been called yet. I went up to the counter and asked the guy that greeted me when I first walked in if my order is ready yet, since it was placed over 45 minutes ago. He looks at the shelf, and my order was sitting there the whole time, getting cold. It was one of the orders for which the other worker didn’t call out a name for. I grabbed the bag, and everything inside it was cold. The wings, the fries, and the Cajun corn. I went back inside and presented the issue to the worker who was putting the completed orders on the shelf. I politely told him that the food was cold. He became argumentative, and swore that he called out my name for the order when it was ready. This is false, as I watched him put that bag on the shelf without saying a word. He began to tell me that he is the manager, and that it is his job to call out names when orders are complete. That’s all good and well. Perhaps do your job next time? This manager refused to remake the order or offer a refund. I left the restaurant with a bag of cold wings. Like I said, we were loyal, weekly customers for a little over a year, but we will not be returning.

I ordered a combo for delivery. I didn’t get the drink, my rolls, or my extra side of ranch; which is $1 a cup! What is the point of delivery when nothing is correct? Disappointed. Apparently the employees don’t know how to count; how do you mess up the quantity on a SIX piece?
Great fried wings cooked well done. Sauces are good and fries have a different seasoning with a little sweet and spicy finish. Overall great job. Call in is the best option.
Great customer service and received food in under 15 mins of placing order. Food was a tad bit salty but it could have been my taste buds. Overall the food was good
Mad annoying to check my food every time I pick it up. Either they have the dressings wrong, missing a wing, the order isn’t right. It’s never perfect. I know they have a bunch of new staff members but to cut corners all the time is quite annoying
To go is trash. I called and asked if it was ready to which the lady said yes. Then I had to wait 25 more minutes for them to finish. I’d understand if they were busy but they weren’t. They lack professionalism and they’re all taking the job as just something to do after school.
Ordered for pick up for the supper bowl. We had a rather large order of so it took a little longer than expected but given How busy they were I was not upset. They had a good system going for the night. Staff was friendly and you could tell they were a little overwhelmed. But I think they did a great job. Our order was 100% accurate and delicious.
Ordered in store and waited for 40 mins for my food. I walked up there twice but the workers wouldn’t even acknowledge me standing there. After that I asked for a refund and that took them 20 minutes because no one there had any knowledge of their job apparently. Finally it worked and I still had to ask for a recipe for proof of refund after they said they couldn’t. They didn’t even apologize after all that bs. 10/10 horrible don’t go here. I would give zero stars but that’s not possible:(
Tried to place an online order an hour and 30 minutes before closing time and the website said you have to call. Tried to call but the call was ignored for 20 minutes so we just drove there. We arrived at 9:50 but all of the lights were off even though the website said they closed at 11.
