Placed a curbside order at 1130 and drove over and want to park no parking in the curbside was available so I called to try and tell them that I dont mind waiting but I wanted to tell them where I was parked cuz I had my kids with me and they were sleeping and wasn't wanting to go in. So I called and immediately was put on hold. And the had the phone still on and could hear them taking other orders waited on hold for over 20 minutes then got my kids out and went in and waited for another 10 minutes.There was a line but no sense of organization and only one person making smoothies when I walked at to ask about my order the manger yelled at the cashier and I didn't think that was appropriate. But the orders on the curbside wasn't mine so they looked for the order then the manger handed my drinks. I can assume they had been sitting for a bit cuz they were melted to just liquid.Already irritated that I had to go inside I will not be back to this location. Very unorganized and under staffed. Better planning for there busy times and more supportive manger.
Still the best smoothie in town too me. Fast, kinda service with a smile
Terrible customer service. Any the flatbread was literally thrown together! Avoid this place at all costs
Tropical smoothie was pretty clean and so were the bathrooms. The woman that took my order was really kind. Waited less than 10 minutes even with another person in front of me! I ordered the Blimey Limey and it was super good and smooth consistency! 9/10 would return!!
Smoothies are usually good but customer service is horrible. Placed an online order to be ready in 10 mins... 20 mins later and I was still waiting
This is my go to spot to get my smoothies, but I’m very disappointed because I arrive at 8:50 and they said they were close. They had about 10 mins left I innerstand that the worker want to get home and rest but it’s deceiving when it says they close at 9… This Is the second time I came and they were closing early..
I ordered a Island Green. It comes with banana as well as other items but since I don't like bananas I asked if I could substitute another item instead. I substitute it for strawberry and I was charged .50 cents for the substitute but I was told. So I decided to ask why and no one could tell me why. Also there wasnt a manager on-site. I use to frequent this establishment but I decided to make my smoothies at home. Today I was feeling like trying them out after months without going there. You can believe me when I say I will not be going back.
Food is great here and they followed through with a refund when mistakenly charged.
Made an online order 35 min prior to the store closing. (This was on a Sunday). I arrived to the cafe to wait on it as it still said “processing” on the app. At around 7:45 I called to check on the order & no one answered as I was parked right in front of the store. They watched the phone ring and did not answer and proceeded to clean. I called again and one of the workers walked to the front of the store to lock the doors and turned off the lights (it was not 8pm yet. There was still 10 min left). I called a third time and someone finally picked up and I asked if they had received my order, she said “yea we got it”. I asked if it was ready and she said “I’m about to make it”. It still took her 15 min to make it because all of the employees still continued to clean the kitchen and completely put my order last on their things to do. Smoothie was Oka. But the customer service was terrible. Did not even get an apology or anything.
GREAT SMOOTHIES AND THEY HAVE THIA REALLY GOOD flat bread with peanut butter honey and granola...
