I had a grilled cheese cheeseburger from the TieBreakers Food Truck at the baseball game and it was excellent so I decided to go into the restaurant. We arrived and were seated immediately. Our beers were cold and crispy. We ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and onion rings. The food did not come out for 35 minutes and it was nothing close to the burger I got at the ballpark! The bread was half grilled and the cheese was half melted. The onion rings were more like onion strings. Our server was very nice and apologetic for the long wait. I loved the atmosphere. If you want to watch a game, this is your place. We will try it again hopefully to enjoy better a better food experience.

We drove from New Bern to Greenville for the best burgers in NC!!! Not even close. My wife had the Nachos and they were terrible. My burger was supposed to be their fire cracker!!! It was bland. The service was excellent, which got it 3 stars. On a good note, the appetizer was incredible (fried pickles, peppers, something). Don't lose that app!!!

Consistently bad. I eat there quite a bit and almost every time, I order wings. I specifically order the wings well-done because most places have a habit of sending out under-cooked wings. This past Friday night, same thing. Spent an astronomical $18 for 12 wings and asked for them well-done. They came out and the skin was soft and rubbery. Our waitress was excellent and she said she put the order in as well-done so it's the kitchen's fault that I will be buying my wings and beers at another restaurant in Greenville.

Me and my family of 7 went to Tiebreakers on May 10th 2022. The atmosphere was good but the service was horrible. 5 members of my family got their food and the other 2 got their cheeseburgers 35 minutes later. The rest of the family had already finished eating by the time the last 2 cheeseburgers got to us. This is unacceptable. There were other tables constantly getting their food while we were still waiting for our last 2 cheeseburgers. We kept asking the waitress and she kept saying he is working on it. When I go out to eat, I like for my family to be able to eat at the same time. Not 35 minutes apart.

I have been a regular for a year or so now, have loved going there and enjoy the food but what I experienced the other day was utterly disgusting and I doubt that I will be back for awhile or until this establishment can get their stuff together. The short blonde hair, thicker girl who was working up front was also serving and she had spit into the tables drink, in front of the entire restaurant and laughed about it. I have never seen anything like this before and not sure if I ever would see something like that anywhere else. Until the higher management can get things figured out and actually care for the business, it’s not worth going to. Majority of the staff deserves better and some simply deserve consequences, such as this specific server.

Tried Tiebreakers for the first time after recently moving to the area. The restaurant is extremely clean and has a local feel to it. All the staff was very friendly and service was very prompt. The food arrived extremely hot and everything was very good. Menu has a lot of items to choose from and the portions are very nice for the price. Also has a very large outdoor seating area. The only negative , this restaurant uses French’s ketchup and not Heinz. (if you’re from Pittsburgh you’ll know what I’m referring too) Will definitely be going here frequently. Highly recommend!

Arrived at 7pm and was seated immediately. We watched 2 waitresses walk the area for nearly 20 minutes, and They serviced the tables near us. No eye contact, and no asking if we needed help for over 20 minutes. The waitress finally noticed we were in her station, she arrived and we gave her our entire order: drinks, salads, a burger and 20 wings. Another 10 minutes, and the beer and drinks arrived. After waiting an additional 35 minutes, we got up and left. Over 1 hour and we never received any food. This is the 2nd time, within 2 weeks, we have waited over 45 minutes for food. DONE.

The food was good but cold, I think they were trying to bring everyone's food out at once. There were 8 people in our party. The portion size were very small. I was a little disappointed to see they no longer have live music. We had a good time catching up but it wasn't a place for entertainment. If you're looking for a good sports bar this is the place.

Tonight, the establishment was busy. Good for them. Came with a party of 9. Our server was personable, professional and very busy.Cut to the chase. Half of the food order came out. After a 40 minute wait for the other half, I asked the front desk person to get involved, our server’s apologies were genuine, but ineffective in getting the food order out to us. After another 10-15 minutes, the remainder of the order was served. Another server apologized and said a manager would come to speak to us. That never materialized, although a few drinks (non alcoholic) were comped. Big deal.I won’t get melodramatic and say this experience ruined our lives, it was just a meal. That said, there’s competition. Next time in town, we’ll visit the competition.

Came in with some friends at around 6 didn’t get our food until over an hour later, finally got our food ate for maybe 20 mins and our waitress came over trying to give us our checks. Which is fine. However we just were able to eat our food then another waitress tells us we have to leave because they have a party coming in. Also said that her manager was mad about us sitting there. Not sure why we waited so long for our food just to be told we had to leave pretty soon after receiving it. First time here and last. Unprofessional
