Came to brunch with my friend and it wasn’t a disappointment! We ordered the mimosa flight (personally the Pear was my favorite). My food was great despite the eggs having a slight aftertaste like they use powered eggs maybe? The grits were amazing and the pancakes sooo good! Our server was okay she wasn’t bad nor excellent. I would return.

I only wish I would have been able to record the experience. We were the only brown skinned people in the Restuarant that day. Our party was told if anymore people come with us we only had a hour to order and eat. On the menu it states that you 18% gratuity would be added in a party of 6 or more, but we had a party of 5 and were charged about $40 for gratuity amongst us in each of our tabs. The pasta was dry and I was told I would be charged for more pasta sauce. The rice was to hard for consumption. The garlic toast tasted like it was bought at dollar tree and someone just sprinkled butter on it. It was hard to chew. This was our first time dining here and it will be my last. The waiter took his time serving us and it was not that busy. The manager was the worst with the way she spoke to me after I asked about the gratuity we were charged. The hostess lied about our first initial encounter upon arrival and the manager asked me “oh so you complain because you just don’t want to tip”. You can say it was not because of my skin complexion but this establishment made me feel so horrible that day. If you have a question or concern you can not go to management because they treat you the worst and try to belittle. We were forced to tip an amount not deserved and I was told not to worry what the menu says about gratuity I had to pay what they said. This place I HORRIBLE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FOOD! They need to turn it into a bigger parking area for Honey Baked Ham

Second time at The Rickhouse. First visit was amazing and the second was great too, though it turns out I'm not a gargonzola fan. Waitress Paige was amazing, we were lucky to get her both times! Pretty excited to get back and try another dish

NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE RICKHOUSE!!I always spoke so highly of them and it was our go to date night BUT TONIGHT THAT ALL CHANGED.We ordered strawberry mojitos the first round was perfect but the second drinks came out BRIGHT PINK, we sent it back and wanted them to remake and the bartender got a huge attitude about how he made it right and tried it himself and it was perfectly fine: we told him we didn’t want the drinks and after about 10 min he came out with the proper drinks and tried giving them to us, we declined because of his rude attitude to us before, after he left we decided that the vibe was ruined and we would pay for what we received and leave…The manager then came out to tell us we had to pay for the food because we ordered it. We did not eat any of the food but was forced to pay for it because they didn’t wanna take a loss. We didn’t want to give them anymore money but was threatened by the manager he would call the police if we don’t pay for the food, we had no problem paying for the two appetizers and drinks we already received but to pay for food that we didn’t even want anymore is RIDICULOUS. I definitely won’t be giving them anymore business or giving them anymore good word of mouth. Was definitely disappointed at the managers poor decision. Money was more important to them then one of there staff members disrespecting us. To call the cops if we didn’t pay for the food that we didn’t even receive was outrageous. Save your money and go to a restaurant that the customers are appreciatedOnce getting home and looking at my food, this is what my “bacon wrapped tenderloin looks like ? definitely not a steak like I imagined more like pieces of meat with bacon tossed together

Came to dinner for my birthday. The food & service was awful. The waitress said they didn’t have the sauce I wanted. Asked another waiter and he brought it out. Could not even drink the “$7 special” mixed drink because of the taste. The sweet potatoes tasted like MOUTH WASH, everyone at my table tasted & they said the same. I had to load the broccoli down with a pound of salt in order to eat it. By the time I cut around the bone of the pork chop, it was smaller than the palm of my hand. We had to ask multiple times when we requested something from the waiter. Only 3 other parties in the restaurant, so it is not because it was busy. The only good thing was the water(: Not the birthday dinner I had hoped for.

Atmosphere is OK. We almost left when we saw the prices on the menu and this was before all the prices went up recently. A salad with NO MEAT at that time was $20.00??? A bit too much and nothing special. Husband said his meal was not that great either. Probably would not go back.....hope they listen to their reviews.

There is something for everyone one here. The best thing about it as well is they make weekly specials. I can't stay away from the option to add scallops and other proteins to ANY salad. Always my go to for a starter.

If I could give this restaurant a 0 , I would . Today was Mother’s Day & my daughter decided to take me out to eat . I’ve been wanting to eat here for months . I decided to request Rickhouse. Worst choice ever; of course it’s Mother’s Day & they’re extremely busy , very understandable. I asked was there a wait , the ladies at the front stated no I could sit at the bar . We sat at the bar for over 5 minutes waiting patiently on someone to even ask if we needed a menu. I watched the bartender as well as another female employee laugh & talk with a gentleman sitting at the end . I then politely said “ hey excuse me may I have a menu “ & the gentleman at the end laughed & said “exactly give them a menu” the bar tender gave us a menu & said nothing . Another 5 mins passed & he went back to taking & laughing with the guy at the end . I decided to ask the ladies at the front for assistance & she spoke with the bartender. She then asked me to “just be patient we have been busy “ which is definitely understandable. We weren’t greeted with very good customer service & I feel as if it was because we are of African American decent . I asked to speak with the manager & she said “she’s busy as well “ I told her what happened & she provide no care or concerns. I’ve heard this about this restaurant but I wanted to have my own experience. I advise you not to go here to find a more inviting restaurant.

Food is pretty good, but way overpriced in my opinion. Service is good or okay depending on who's helping you. This little slice of cheesecake is $7. It's cookies and cream, didn't even taste fantastic. Chocolate and caramel bourbon were way better. But we won't be repeat customers after this experience.

Stopped here for breakfast/brunch on Sunday. Service was quick and polite. Th meal was served quickly but it was obvious why. The salmon and sausage was undercooked. The overall quality was on par with Waffle House but with triple the price. This easily wins most underwhelming and overprice meal I’ve had in Greenville.
