Very nice remodel. The store is very clean and offers touch screen menus. The bathrooms were clean. The sanitation score is 100% The food was exactly as ordered. I had a bean burrito with light cheese, my friends ordered a chalupa taco combo and a special combo box. Everything was really good and I was very pleased with the overall friendliness of the staff. I was impressed watching the drive thru move quickly while I ate my meal inside. The parking lot and building surrounding was also clean
Just stopped in for a quick lunch at the TacoBell on Arlington. It always takes me a while to figure out what to order, and was greeted by Ms Mary while doing so. She was the sweetest, most personable lady...to everyone, the whole time I was in there. Love it when someone seems to enjoy their job, instead of being mad at the world for having to be there. Kudos to whoever hired her, as you could not have found anyone better for the job.Oh...and the food was good as well.
Always a great experience and a very efficient drive-thru no matter what time it is. Sometimes, almost rarely are the portions are off when it comes to meat and beans ratio and other items, however a phone call to them and they offer to fix your concerns hassle-free. This is why they are 5 stars to me and why I will continue to grab late dinners and midday pick me ups from there.
Hair in my tacos. Lax uniform and hair hygiene policies do not for tasty food make. Was given two free taco coupons and a half hearted apology don't really cut it. Won't be back.
I'd leave zero stars if I could. I ordered a beefy five layer burrito and a soft taco, and neither of them had beef on them. When we tried to call and get it figured out the man who answered hung up and wouldn't answer the phone after numerous calls. Would not recommend for anyone to give this place business.

TRIED to order 2 Cravings boxes on App but it wouldn't let me. Had to order items individually and paid almost $40 & DID NOT GET EVERYTHING. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!
Stop by there regularly. The folks are very cordial, via drive thru and dining room. Clean, food is good, and order is always what I order. Thank you to the folks who work there, that why I keep coming .
The people who work here seem to actually go through customer service training which seems not to exist in most fast food restaurants these days.I've been helped by several different people and they are all kind...maybe that's just how awesome they are as people! Great staff and I appreciate them.
