I ordered a double meat sub with mayo that wasn't on it, oil and vinegar wasn't there neither no salt and pepper and the roll was stale,and if that's double meat they have a lot to work on. My wife was a sandwich artist with Subway 19 years ago and she was disappointed. Never will I eat Subway again!
I wish I could remember the young lady's name that was working Sunday , Dec. 26th. I came between 7-8 pm. She was the only person working. I did inquire of if she had help but she stated no due to noone else showed up. Her customer service despite the lack of her co-workers' commitment to work was excellent. She didn't complain, she was patient, and she did it all with a smile. It started getting busy for her after our sandwiches were made but she maintained her customer service skills very well with everyone.
The best part about the Greenville subway was Tiara. She was the most genuine person I’ve met in a long time, and she made meaningful conversation while she made my sub. 5 stars for Tiara!
Bought subs for a family member. She said the subs were a little salty but good.

I came in to pick up a door dash order and due to a slight inconvenience, the young man hospitality skills were on a 100. Due to the wait I was offered cookies for myself, and along with the customer order. I thought that was very considerate on the cashier behalf… He was very kind..
Been coming here most of the summer and today was the worst, she threw my sub together any kind of way , my cheese was melted mostly on the paper wrap, it was just terrible, I don't plan on going back there . I wish I could take away the star that I gave them. Two thumbs down ??
I ordered a turkey sub today with lettuce... white cheese..tomatoes..onions..and light mayo..toasted on wheat bread...it was delicious...I was very satisfied with my order...thanks SUBWAY?✔️
There was one woman working and she was wonderful. My sub was perfect although she had a line and kept everyone happy.
Best sandwich and the cleanest subway I've been to!
