This Starbucks location has a friendly staff, clean interior, and your order is filled in a timely manner. This location is right across the street from ECU's Life Sciences and Biotechnology building. Ample parking though if you part in front of the building you may be blocked in by the drive thru line. Great place to stop and very convenient for ECU students.
Great place to pick up coffee! They have amazing staff at this location! The drive-thru line is typically all the way out to the street so I usually run inside.

Solid experience and very classic Starbucks appeal. 98% of the time (pandemic inclusive) the crew is busting it out efficiently amid fluxes at the drive thru and the walk in dining. Always clean, extremely well suited for casual food detours or a reading session out in their patio, this spot suits. This top rated location shines in the way they serve their patrons. Watch out for the drive thru! Tight corners might mean parking could be the best option even for a pick up. But do enjoy this corner of Greenville in a fresh rebuild of the lower Uptown area.
Everytime I come here the staff is great, super friendly, helpful and always apologetic about the wait. Bc if you make a mobile order you better do it at least an hour in advance....I ordered 45 minutes ago, only just got my drink, still here waiting on food. I know they're super busy and I get that, but like someone else said, mobile orders should be just as priority as walk ins. And there should be some type of organization of them. I'm literally watching new orders come through the machine and just piling up and getting slapped on the counter in no kind of order.Edit: It turns out that my food was sitting there the entire time, It was just in a bag unlabeled. So I stood around for a good 15 minutes waiting for something that was right in front of me, and then they never removed The ticket that the mobile machine printout so even though I've got my stuff and I've paid for it already they're going to go and make another order of what I've got and it's just going to be sitting out there for somebody to take and get for free or get thrown away
Thanks Starbucks for the best visit today!!! We don’t frequent Starbucks often because of long drive through lines, but that line moved FAST today. Then they gave us two pup cups for our boys and fed it to our sweet pups! Yummy coffee and kind workers - go see them and take cash to tip your baristas!
Jake and Lexi are phenomenal workers and deserve a raise. They made my experience 10 times better than what it normally is
as much as i love this location and i will say the staff has amazing customer service, but Mobile orders should be just as much of a priority as orders that are placed at the drive thru or in the cafe.
