Good food and fast friendly service.
There's this real young man named Christian, he man's the drive through. It is a breath of fresh air to see someone so young with manners. He is so polite and respectful. He greets each customer, and serves everyone with a smile. The food at this location is always hot and fresh.
This was great. The food came out fairly quickly. My family and I ordered 5 drinks and 4 food items and it came out in about 10 minutes. The food was amazing and the fries and burger I had was newly cooked and just came out which is surprising for how quickly we got out food. The place is at the top of it's game. My family got everything we asked for and everything fresh off the grill and out of the oven. The person that did our order was perfect she made that we got everything we wanted, never interrupted and said "It was a pleasure taking your order you guys are so nice and I hope you have a great day" She was so sweet and I think she should get a raise. She is this nicest lady ever. That was the best drive in experience I have ever had. 5 stars absolutely.
Hadn't visited a Sonic since 2007. Let me tell you something, it did not disappoint! The chicken? Tender. The taters? Totted. The onion? Ringed. And the toast? Unexpected. My only complaint, if there needs to be one, is that the pictures on the menu kind of make the sodas look like a glass full of beans, but who cares! Thanks for always being so awesome, Sonic.
Waited 40 minutes for a DRINK only to be informed by Donna that the receipt machine did not print my receipt and they only had TWO workers today. Really? Then why are you not closed for the day? This is a FAST FOOD restaurant!! Amara, (not sure of the spelling) the on-site manager was useless. Ended up calling her manager Christopher to make my complaint. Just terrible! Hire new employees immediately please!! Unacceptable experience...
Food is always good they may get a order jumbled up every once in a blue moon but they're quick to get things right for you and don't mind doing a lil extra at times and as I said it's once in a blue moon
Good servers and fast service need a little work on the drink mixtures but overall pretty good
French Fries were cold after I repeatedly stressed to cook the fresh? threw them away when I stopped to get gas.
This is the only sonic in greenville I will eat at. It's sonic, you know what you are getting. The card readers don't work well. And ordering is always confusing for some reason. But the food is consistent and decent.
Using the app makes the Rt.44 drinks half off, at least for now. The soft pretzel twists are amazing. The service is quick and friendly.
