Good (bad for you) food at decent prices for today. Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed, & likely short-staffed like everywhere currently. Their app to pre order online is great & I recommend using it.
Well, this was the third time in over a year. We pulled up and it took them 5 minutes to answer the screen. They took our order. We waited for our food and when they did show up it was the wrong food. The gentleman went back, could not find our order and retook our order again. We waited for our food. The food came out and was not hot and my tots were dumped into the bottom of the bag. While we were finishing, another order of food came out, the retake of our order. What a disaster. Food was marginal.
I have gone back a few time because I know places can have an off day. But literally every time I have gone the mobile orders take 30-40 minutes to get and the orders are wrong EVERYTIME. This is supposed to be fast food. I will not go back anymore and will try a different location in the future.
Drive up parking was great.Server was well manner.Food served very hot and delicious. Will visit again.
Best sonic location I’ve ever been to! I haven’t been to sonic in over a year because where I used to live, there was poor customer service. I just started attending college at ECU and decided to give this one a try. This Sonic location has friendly, fast service and I feel so welcomed. The food is fresh and hot and it’s nice and quiet here. I’m going to start coming more I love it!! These employees should be so proud of their hard work, it’s going to pay off!
Sonic has often gotten my order wrong. The food itself is usually pretty tastey.
To say the manager crystal is rude would be an understatement! She slammed the window in my face twice and was bobbing her head at me with a know it all attitude. All I wanted was half off on my shakes since it’s 2-4 and I didn’t get it. She swore I did. You all can clearly see NO HALF OFF. This location needs a new manager or to train her over again with her math.

One of the best Sonics that I have been toFood was hot and well madeThey did forget to bring an order of regular tater tots. But made up for it by bringing a regular and a large back to us. The waiter was a great guy.
Drive through in and out. My throat was hurting milkshake helped it ease off
