Visited today, 4/19/22. Ordering was fine. Needed to use the bathroom, I could barely stand it. It was disgusting. So nasty, I believe the bathroom depicts what and how the kitchen of a restaurant operates.I'd rather had a double hamburger from McDonald's after using Smoothie Kings nasty bathroom.
Omg I'm in Love!!! They have the best smoothies I've ever tasted! The ladies in there were very nice and informative. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!! I think I'm officially addicted to something!!
I'm from Ga and had to have my daily smoothie. This location is absolutely amazing. I spoke with a couple of employees who were very helpful. The Smoothie was blended perfect. Not only were they curtious but helped me with questions I had about the franchise. Go Pirates ?
First time here and last, I arrived an hour before closing and the employees were so rude didn’t even acknowledge me for 3 minutes straight. Yet I was the only one there. A younger male did approach me at last, but I had to leave due to the hostility of the two other females. Save your money people, I recommend tropical smoothie cafe the customer service there is exceptional.
Will never go back! Stood in line for 20 minutes, the guy that came in after me got his order before me. I went up to ask where mine was? Not even started. Asked for refund, they couldn’t even give my money back (cash), so I asked for the girl to make it now. I get the system problems but serving someone that came after me was not professional at all. One hour of wasted time. Then a staff member walked out because she couldn’t deal with it.
I wanted in and the lady that was supposed to take my order just stood in front of the register on her phone while I was standing there. Took her 5 mins to then take my order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Ordered curbside so that I wouldn't have to take my daughter out of the carseat just to grab a smoothie since she has sensory issues. I called to let them know I was there, the lady on the phone told me to come inside and get it. I asked if someone could please bring it out to be because I had my daughter in the car. I waited 20 minutes! I finally went inside and grabbed it myself. It is barely even cold, of course my daughter started freaking out when we got back to the car as well. If you can't do curbside then don't offer it!
I love the variety of smoothies that are offered on the menu. The menu is extremely detailed as far as ingredients for those who are health conscious. They also offer additional add-ons to give your smoothies that boost you may be looking for.
I love everything about this smoothie king! The manager is the freaking best! She knows exactly what I ordered. and if I have the taste for something different I can tell her what I'm thinking and she can suggest the perfect drink. She is extremely knowledgeable of everything upon the menu. Her staff works well together. The location is always clean. Not only does it look clean it smells clean! The bathrooms are always wonderful
Their smoothies are addicting. It’s hard not to come everyday with their endless options. Got bored with Starbucks. Smoothie King is my new obsession. The only thing is I wish there was a drive thru.
