Lots of options and small, but adequate portion sizes. Most importantly, so delicious! Friendly people and a good vibe but no fountain drinks and limited seating knocks a stars off.
The staff was super friendly and provided great customer service. The waffles were very undercooked and doughy.

The food was amazing here and the guy behind the cash register was nice enough and patient. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the coffee we ordered. Both coffees didn't taste anything like we ordered and barely had any flavors at all. More syrup needed in the drinks i think.It was clean had really nice views of the local artists work across the street. When you go here though do prepare for a heavier price tag. Our order was 2 coffees, a milk, 2 sandwiches and tots, and 3 waffles and we spent over 50 bucks.

Food was cold and half raw. The young lady (who was the only good thing in the place) made us a second round of what we ordered. This time it was only partly raw and luke warm. Basically it's just a waffle house with a coffee machine and the food is actually LESS fresh.

Had a little confusion with my delivery order, but they took care of it and made sure I got my order. Staff was very polite and hospitable! Waffles are always delicious.

Ignoring for a second that the food is always and without exception delicious, if for nothing else come here for the customer service. The employees care and appreciate your business. Case in point - tonight, I placed a late online pickup order just before close. The closing employees still made my order, called to let me know they'd hold it until I came by to pick it up even after they closed, and even though my dumb self chose both the hot and cold drink option they still took the time to make my drink. And did I mention the food is outstanding? Outstanding job, Smashed Waffles!
