I normally eat at Ruby Tuesday Greenville, NC. Great service friendly staff. But today was totally unacceptable. I ordered online which advertise curbside pickup. I arrived for my curbside pickup to discover no curbside pickup but the signs remain posted outside in the reserved parking area. I call inside got a frustrated unfriendly person named Eva. I'm explaining I'm outside waiting she rudely cut me off and says I understand but there's no curbside so I said ok but on your website it states that it is and she replied we are short staffed and no one is hired to do that so you'll have to just come inside. I replied ok calm down no problem. I go inside asked for her explaining her voice sound very frustrated she's back at me that's how I sound all my life people tell me that. I really don't care, I was expecting an apology from her for sounding rude and frustrated not her life story. That would have been the professional thing to do.
Although our server was wonderful, the restaurant and food left much to be desired. I was looking forward to the salad bar, however it was messy, untended, and most items were spilling, or almost gone. At the end of the line, right next to the food, was a giant trash can at counter level...what a turn off! The ribs were overdone and hard to chew. Neither one of us felt good after eating there, and I became very sick after eating a little bit of my order. The tables were dirty as we were seated. The silverware had food stuck to it. We had to rush out of there and go directly home. Don't go here. They're horrible.
Ruby Tuesday has managed to hang on during this pandemic. Their salad bar is now back open. Their ribs are "off the chain", burgers are real good and salads are awesome. Wide variety of foods to choose from. If you like cheesecake, don't leave without trying theirs. It's straight from the cheesecake factory and absolutely delicious! You get a very generous slice. My daughter and I usually share it. Give them a try.
I would've liked to have ate there today but I guess my server didn't want me to. I sat down at 1:08 and left at 1:29. Wendy was lovely and greeted me and sat me in a timely manner... I order a sangria and a water from the young gentleman server... he then went to a four top took their drink order I'm guessing... 20 minutes go by and I still don't even have a water to drink... I left due to the awful service ? I was on my lunch break and would've loved to had a salad but I can't wait twenty minutes for a drink that never came and as I'm getting up to leave I see him coming out with the four tops drinks... where did my drinks go? Cause I never got them... decided to take my business elsewhere... so now I'm sitting in cheddars and I just got my food within ten minutes of sitting here!! Wow Ruby Tuesday you had one job... I will not be back and I'm a regular...
Not good. Missing 1/4 of our take out order. Very small portions. I guess they take inflation out on the delivery orders.Picture of a $21 shrimp platter, looks like an appetizer.
My visit here was disappointing, wait time was really long which would normally be understandable but there were only 3 tables in the entire establishment. All orders came out wrong and the prices were insane for mediocre food. Would not recommend coming here to anyone
Fairly fast service, considering some reviews stating otherwise.We were seated, party of 3, within 5 minutes, orders taken within 10 minutes and received our food fairly quickly, @10 minutes?I had Ruby cheese burger, bit skimpy on fries.Wife had a salad, good amount of chicken.Our friend had serving of nachos.Great server, good service, deserving of 18% tip.
Was very disappointing. Sald bar even scaled down. Steak could not eat. Ribs had a good flavor but tuff. And the chips thats all you got. Will not go back.And the grease on the plates really people?
Good food and decent prices. The salad bar is still wonderful. They have been short on staff since covid but they work hard to make thing happen.
Really enjoyed eating here.They were short staffed but they were so good.We all need to understand that is going to happen nowadays . Even with that issue they pushed through.The food was really good as well.
